• Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
• All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
• There is no cell phone reception or WiFi.
• The driveway is plowed only when the snow depth exceeds eight inches, and a vehicle with AWD, chains, and appropriate ground clearance may be required.
• Those with limited mobility, please take note. The trail from the parking area to the home is roughly 300 feet in length and crosses a grated steel pedestrian bridge. Appropriate footwear is required, especially in winter, as this trail is not shoveled. Bring your flashlight to get in after dark. It is a dirt trail to the rock stairs.
