Guests notice the details. Fresh sheets and fluffy towels for every guest mean better reviews, more bookings, and more money for you.

To ensure a consistent guest experience, we have some basic standards for linens available for each Vacasa home:

• Two sets of sheets per bed (a sheet set includes top and bottom sheets, with four pillowcases for full/queen/king or two for twin)
• Three sets of bath towels (bath, hand, and washcloth) per guest in your maximum occupancy
• One washable bath mat per bathroom

Our hassle-free linen program has you covered with hotel-quality linens at a discounted cost for our homeowners.

A simple, affordable solution

Thanks to our bulk discounts, our Linen Program is less expensive and time-consuming than buying your own.

With a one-time setup fee, we supply every Vacasa home with all the required linens. Each year, we’ll refresh your home with all-new linens for a small annual fee. And if any linens need replacing sooner, we’ll cover the cost.

New homeowners are automatically enrolled in this program, with the charges deducted from your first monthly statement.

Replacements whenever you need them

Replacements are included at no additional cost. This means any sheet or towel that’s stained, torn, or worn will be swapped out right away by our housekeeping team—keeping your linen closet AND your guest reviews in peak condition.

Pricing details

The setup cost includes two kitchen towels, two sets of linens for each bed, one bath mat for each bathroom, and three sets of bath towels for each guest. (That may seem like a lot of towels, but it allows us to provide a hotel-quality experience and seamlessly prepare your home for new guests within a few hours.)

A set of linens includes:

• One fitted sheet
• One flat sheet
• Two pillowcases

A set of bath towels includes:

• One bath towel
• One hand towel
• One washcloth

The annual fee is equivalent to one new set of linens for each bed and one new set of towels for each occupant.

And remember, our prices include ongoing replacements whenever you need them.

What’s not included

There are a few additional bedding items we require for Vacasa homes that aren’t provided in the standard linen program. If you’d like, we can purchase these on your behalf from our preferred provider: a minimum of two pillows per person, and waterproof mattress and pillow protectors for each bed.
