We'll take care of the paperwork

This usually includes licensing, permitting, and taxes. We'll collect the necessary legal documents that need your signature and share them with you. And if your home is already licensed as a vacation rental, great—just let us know.

We'll create your Vacasa.com listing

Our marketing team will build your online profile with photography, a description, and rates. Your Onboarding Specialist will notify you when your listing is live so you can review it.
