We absolutely loved this house for our stay...it was in was in walking distance to both the wedding and reception venues for our son's wedding celebration which made the whole weekend much easier. Having the Boise co op nearby was also a huge plus for food supplies, flowers, and excellant coffee! The main living areas were spacious and inviting, allowing for fun family gatherings. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful. Also renting the cottage in back we slept 12 adults comfortably. Only challenge was the limited street parking, but it was easily managed. I'd stay here again if I have the opportunity.

We booked this house for a few days in December for our Daughter's graduation from Boise State. The house was very clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for our relatives. We all traveled from California, so we are not very familiar with the area, but we were pleasantly surprised that it was a nice quiet street and pretty close to downtown (most of us walked everywhere). We loved that each bedroom had a private bathroom. I am not sure when we will be back to Idaho, but I would definitely book this house again. My only negatives were that parking was scarce and turning around in the narrow dead end street was a little irritating. The house is difficult to find at first, as Google takes you to the alley out back instead of the front of the house. We were slightly disappointed that the house was not decorated for the holidays as we were there through December 22nd and a little festivity would have been nice. Overall it was a great house and we were happy with our stay.

We enjoyed every minute here. Such a lovely property, perfect proximity to downtown. The Founder's House had everything we needed to make our stay luxurious.

Loved that the whole house is incredibly updated (automatic lights, in room audio in every room, coffee and espresso maker).

We had a real problem with the instant hot water heat system. It was difficult to diagnose and parts had to be ordered from out of town. So, we had a big impact on our privacy due to plumber and mgmt. staff needing to be in the property. There were some cold showers, and general inconvenience of little or no hot water in baths and kitchen. BUT - I want to commend Debbie Ingram for the work she did to try to make us comfortable, with games for my grand children, donuts for a breakfast, and many hours on site. I've spent decades in the hospitality business, and real estate, and Debbie is the kind of person I would want to have on my team - she was in a difficult position and did everything she could to make things right. I don't write this for a review in public, but for Debbie's managers at VACASA. The plumber deserves credit for his attitude and courtesy - it was a tough spot for him too, and he communicated well with us.

Gorgeous house in a perfect location to explore Boise. Walking distance to downtown near the Capitol grounds on a quiet dead end street adjacent to a park.
Large gathering rooms and kitchen perfect for entertaining family and friends who had come to Boise for our son’s wedding. Lovely bedrooms each with private bathroom. The separate back yard cottage can be a separate rental but our group rented it too and it was nice to have a second kitchen with oven and refrigerator.

This is where you want to stay! We rented the house for our annual golf and rafting trip. We had 10 people and the house was enough for all of us. Great location and upgrades.

Rented this home for my fiancés friends during our wedding weekend. They loved it. Clean and well spaced out. Enough room for 4 couples. They were able to walk to downtown attractions and an easy Lyft to most weekend attractions. I grew up in the neighborhood and the house is a great piece!

We met in Boise from Bend, Oregon and Pocatello, Idaho . We were shopping for wedding items . We had a great time using the space for movies, family games and eating.

Great home to host a team offsite with a sofa that can seat 20 and lots of chairs we could all fit comfortably in the home. Also for eating and sleeping there is ample space. We loved the TV that lowers from the ceiling and the large counter space. The home is also very conveniently located to walk downtown or to the little co-op if you need anything.
