Incredible home and location is SECOND TO NONE. The home was clean and the amenities superb. I also want to mention that I FELT VERY SECURE/SAFE here! Unique property and highly recommend. Unfortunately there was a surprise tropical storm that weekend, and so I fully intend to return and stay at the same place. Thank you, VACASA team!

Great location. No noise at all even though it’s just a 1 minute walk to Duval street. Clean and comfortable. There is a small uneven area of the floor in 2nd bedroom but other than that we would definitely stay here again.

First, check in & out was great! The location of this property was fantastic. Close to shops, restaurants, & tour info desk ( if you need it)! We were 6 girls & had plenty of room. A definite repeat stay will be in order the next time we head to Key West!!

Location is within walking distance to ALL major attractions, restaurants, bars, parks, sunset viewing. Facilities worked out great for family of six.
Only suggestion is to leave a bit more laundry detergent depending on length of stay/# of persons.

Good: location, privacy, emeities, nice pool, super response time to broken appliances, plenty of parking, lots of space, very accommodating staff (KWVR)

Bad: dirty hard surfaced floors, various things needed repair such as the deck chairs, and the shower door, doors to rooms, and various spots on the ceilings need to be fixed.

To summarize, the place was good but it could be great, it just needs some tlc

It was nice and cozy. Nice kitchen could have been maybe some condiments like salt, pepper. Just basics. Other places we have rented had basics. We did have some issues getting our keys when we got there late. Also the key didn't work for the garage and at times to get into the building. Just an FYI. Situation was rectified. Linens, pool towels all rooms were clean when we arrived. It was also in the heart of Duvel street which was fabulous! So all shopping, stores, restaurants and major sites walking distance.

“Penthouse” is realllllyyyy not an accurate description. This place is clean enough, but it hasn’t been updated since the 1970’s at best. It’s horribly outdated. It was super warm when we arrived and it took hours to drop the temperature in the home, especially in the rooms upstairs. If you’re looking for a good location and you don’t mind taking a trip back in time to horrible 70’s decor (think random self-framed posters and lots of Formica) this will work for y’all.

Includes covered parking. Unit very secure, extra gate to get into complex, because of this the complex is quiet to foot traffic. The pool and hot tub were nice, only used once, but it was refreshing. Decent sized kitchen, only we didn't use anything but the coffee maker and fridge. Great places to park your rental bikes if you rent some. Right behind the unit is a 24 hour CVS (awesome) and a bike/scooter rental place.
I would for sure stay here again, we loved that each bedroom had a full bathroom plus the 1/2 bath downstairs, it was very nice and easy to have your own space when you wanted it. Each room had a portable A/C unit, at first I did not like this, but after/during the first night I loved it, it not only kept the bedrooms nice and cool, but the units provided some white noise so that we did not hear anything going on outside - whether it was the people partying next door or the roosters crowing in the morning.
The unit, like most rentals, needs a few minor touches - these were NOT deal breakers, more of "why wasn't this fixed before" kind of things - stain on the living room ceiling (from a leaky A/C likely), cracked coffee pot, the patio needs a power wahing - again, NOT deal breakers, just items that can be addressed via regular maintenance.

The PRYDE'S AND WHITE'S were supposed to arrive in October 2017 but Hurricane Irma hit and we had to re-book for April! I thought it was a bit unfair that they charged us so much to re-book for April but otherwise we would have lost all the money we paid originally. That's the only thing that really bothered me. It wasn't our fault that the Hurricane hit in October and I don't think we should had to pay so much to re-book.
There should be a policy that the renter should not have to pay so much money to re-book if a hurricane hits! We had no control over that!

3.5 stars, wasn’t the nicest but in a good location. Large master with updated bathroom. Other bedroom was tight, but did have an additional bathroom. Lots of restaurants near.

Very pleased with this unit. Great location, not too close to the night life, but close enough to walk to whatever we wanted to see. Was glad to see beach towels in unit and nice to have clean bath towels delivered every day. Secure unit and parking area. Overall we would definately recommend this unit.

Very quiet and convenient, easy walking distance from condo down to Mallory Square. Sparkling clean, loved the hot tub and the restaurants downstairs. Pool was nice. Couldn't find any hot pads for the oven though. Would gladly stay here again!
