This was a beautiful home in a secluded spot. It fit our space needs perfectly and the kitchen was great! Had good pots and pans and many staples. The bathrooms were great and the beds comfy. Only thing we would’ve preferred was to be a little closer to Durango but that was our fault as we didn’t pay close enough attention to the distance.

Five girlfriends and I booked a much needed getaway at the Pine Springs cabin and would highly recommend a stay to anyone who enjoys lovely views, starry nights and easy access to hiking trails (the property abuts the national forest and endless hiking trails. Our morning and evening walks were beautiful and we were treated to sighting of deer. The cabin is large and has 3 good size bathrooms so accommodating 6 of us getting ready in the mornings was no issue. We enjoyed an evening of music at a nearby winery, hot spring soaks and a great massage in Durango (after some fun shopping in the little shops). Such fun, hope to make this stay a girl’s getaway tradition.

My husband and I stayed at the Pine Spring Ranch cabin this past summer. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cabin which was new and spacious. The views from the deck were outstanding. We loved watching the red tail Hawks hunting in the meadow and deer (as well as a pair of fawns) which came down to the pond each day. We both are enjoy fishing and caught some nice rainbows after trying several of the areas nearby lakes. There are also some great high mountain fishing areas within hiking distance from the forest service trail. Downtown shopping and a visit to several breweries in nearby Durango made for a fun day as well. Great cabin and beautiful location. We would definitely recommend!
