This quiet duplex sits in the Fremont neighborhood, an artistic, eclectic spot on the northern shores of Lake Union, surrounded by popular restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and an independent local grocer. Downtown is a mere 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bus! Look for hidden treasures around the corner at the Fremont Sunday Flea Market, search for vintage finds at Jive Time Records a few blocks east, and travel easily by car or bus to downtown Seattle four miles south.
The interior provides an open floor plan with plenty of room for everyone. Relax in the bright living room with gas fireplace and flatscreen TV. The kitchen features everything needed to create gourmet meals, including a gas stove. Great location, was very nice to have a parking spot and it was easy to get in and out of the area. Beautiful patio area to sit out on when it wasn't raining and big open kitchen made it great to cook. The only issue was that the coffee machine was broken but there are a bunch of places to walk to get coffee at close by.

This unit sits steps away from the heart of the Fremont district. Plenty to do and easy access to I-5. We had enough room for 4 adults and the kitchen was fully stocked. We would book again the next time we are in Seattle.

We booked this at the last minute and we’re pleasantly surprised. Everything was very perfect. The location was great to walk to restaurants. The entrance in the back was a little bit difficult to find, but if we had read the directions more closely, it would’ve been easier. Enjoy

The location is excellent. Great little neighborhood. The apt is higher end in terms of amenities and on a clear day you can see downtown and Mt Ranier. Highly recommend.
Many have mentioned the tub and the comments are accurate. That said, it would not stop me from renting there again. The back deck/private patio seals the deal!

The apartment is cozy and stylish, and the location is excellent. If you’re a light sleeper like me, you should know this is a shared house and the insulation between this unit and the one upstairs is not great. Otherwise, a lovely stay.

This house has a great location in the Freemont neighborhood, 10 min walk to all sorts of coffee and restaurants and whatnot. The only downside for us, which was my fault for not checking, is there is no air conditioning. This probably doesn't matter the vast majority of the time in Seattle, but it was a bit hot for us at night. It definitely looks like the pictures and it was a great option for our family!

The location of the apartment in the Fremont district was great. The apartment itself was lovely inside. It needed a more extensive binder regarding all of the lights, appliances, etc. It took us a while to figure out how to operate the lights and "get the hang of" opening the doors. Also, the breaker on the wall where the stove is was out and we had to reset it. Not a big deal, but it seems like there is an electricity issue there. The bathroom drain was clogged and one of us had to reach under the tub and under a black rubber cover and clean it out because water was backing up on the floor. We pulled out a giant blob of hair. It was disgusting! Vacation renters should never have to do this!!!
With more attention to detail, this apartment would be rated a 5!
We appreciate receiving this feedback and would like to apologize for any downfalls this stay had. We have updated the binder and will be placing small signs in the home directing guests to the correct light switches. We were unable to replicate any situation that might trip the breaker by the stove, but we will keep an eye on the situation. Thank you!
