House was nice, beds were comfortable and great location! Would have been better if we had more than two trash bags in the kitchen and there was no hand soap in the house. Also, the master tub is still broken. I saw that on a review from the winter and assumed it would be fixed, but no.

So the whole trip just didn’t go the way we expected and Vacasa didn’t handle it properly, long story short they had to move us into this home instead of the original one I reserved due to a water problem.
When we got to this house you have to go down a steep hill to get to the driveway, which can be tough to get out during the winter time because while we were there the whole ground was covered in ice; so it was even hard for my 4wd to get up when leaving the house. Then the bedroom downstairs has the heater furnace in the closet literally a foot or 2 away from the bed so if you come during the winter and have the heater on and are sleeping in that room, you cannot expect to go to sleep because it turns on and off about every 10 minutes... and it’s loud. I have other things that I’m pretty mad about too like it not having WiFi or a garage, but it’s only cause the original home I reserved had both amenities and I expected to get the same amenities when being transferred to a different home. I probably won’t be booking with Vacasa again.

We sincerely apologize for the last minute move due to a frozen water meter that stopped water flow into the home. Our primary objective was to place this guest in a home where they would have fully functioning facilities during their visit. While this home was missing a couple of amenities the previous one had, it had enough sleeping space and running water. We did advise this guest the driveway was iced over and offered to come with ice melt and to remove the ice. The guest declined saying it would not be an issue. They were also provided with the local property manager's contact information, and they never did reach out regarding the ice or any other issues or disappointments. We wish they would have so we could have assisted them. We have rearranged the downstairs bedroom so the bed is not next to the closet with the furnace. Again, we apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience in having to switch homes, and we politely ask that our guests please reach out if they are in need of assistance. Thank you!
