What a beautiful way to spend the New Years, beautiful home, great loving community, close to everything! House was spacious for our family of 8, enough space for everyone with fun games to play and fire place.

I loved the hot tub and the space for everyone to sleep also the two kitchens are great
Everything was great only thing It will be great if check in was at 2 pm instead of 4
And check out be at least 11 am instead of 10
Usually when you go out and have fun the las thing you want to do is get up early and pack
Thank you very much

Fit our group of 11 just fine. Two kitchens, but only needed to use one for our large dinner preps. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms served us well.

We loved the bed layout and the second kitchen came in handy. Both kitchens were well stocked with everything we needed to cook most of our meals in. The neighborhood is great - close to skiing and hiking, along with all of the amenities in Summit County. The house has some really nice touches and the garage came in handy when we got six inches of snow overnight. We’d love to stay here again in the future.

We were a large group and had room for everyone. The kids were able to play downstairs without being too loud for the adults.

House was great, clean and very spacious for our large family. My son, his wife and two small children and my two teen daughters slept in the basement level which was great, they had so much room with their own kitchen, living room,tv and two bedrooms. First bedroom has queen size bed, The second bedroom had 4 twin size beds. It was nice that the little ones could have plenty of room to play and we never heard them on the upper level. My parents and my other son and his wife slept on the main level and each had their own bedroom and bathroom as well as another living room with tv and full size kitchen with a table large enough for all of us to sit at. The house was well stocked with everything we needed from laundry soap to a closet full of games and toys which my grandson enjoyed. They even had a high chair and pack and play that we used for our infant granddaughter. My wife and I had the loft area that had a private bedroom and bathroom. The only complaints I had was that the slats in the banister in the loft are not up to code and my three year old grandson could easily slip thru them and he had to be constantly supervised when he was up there so he wouldn’t get hurt by falling thru them. I highly suggest they fix that before a child slips thru and falls to the main floor and gets hurt. My other complaint was it was hot especially in the loft bedroom. For some reason the screens were off of the windows so we couldn’t open the windows to let fresh air in although I did find a screen that didn’t exactly fit that I used for the loft bedroom window. We ran two fans in that room and it was still very warm. Air conditioning would be nice for the summer time. There was a code lock for the front door but we didn’t have a code for it, we only had one key and there was one day that the adults were all going different places and would have been nice to have a code so they didn’t have to rely on the one person who had the key. Other than that our stay was nice. Was there for a family wedding, wished we could have stayed longer.
Manager response:
We appreciate receiving this feedback and having the opportunity to respond to it. Almost no homes in Summit County have air conditioning owing to the Alpine environment. Fans and open windows are best practices for staying cool in the summertime. We value the feedback regarding the banister and are working with the homeowner to make a solution available in the future. Thank you!

We had 4 families staying together. Hot water was running out quickly in the morning, we had to bathe with freezing cold water. Also it was really hot in top floor bedroom. No AC. Rooms were spaciously and all other things were in abundance.

We stayed at the house for a 10 and 11 year old ski camp. It was perfect; three levels allowed us to put the girls upstairs, the boys downstairs and coaches in the middle.
the house had everything needed to make for a comfortable stay
