Muy bonita estancia muy bien recomendado
Nice, clean and well appointed condo. Super convenient location.
We loved the house. As described, comfortable, everyone had their privacy, we played pool and air hockey. We were looking forward spending a bit of time in hot tub, and this is why I have put 4* instead of 5. The hot tub was so overchlorinated we were unable to stay in. We couldn't breath around it.
Great, clean place. No complaints
This was the perfect stay for our family vacation. Clean, updated and very nice.
The hiking. The peacefulness and the condo was beautiful. Would suggest having patio furniture at least a small table and chairs.
spent the week in Salt Lake city shopping and going to IKEA. Very nice condo and has a pool table / air hockey for the kids.
Home was clean and kid friendly. There are some spots where the carpet doesn't meet the tile, but it didn't seem to phase our one year old. Also, the smell of smoke outside by the hot tub is accurate. But we didn't really hang out there; so it wasn't a big deal to us. If cigarette smoke bothers you and you want to use the hot tub, this home is not for you.
Nice stay. Convenient location. Well managed.
Really enjoyed our stay and hope to return!
Would recommend to everyone!
Unit is not acceptable to non smokers who want to use the hot tub and deck.because of closeness of chain smokers next door. Unit should not be rented by someone is looking for a clean unit. This is not 3 or 4 star unit.
The townhome in Cottonwood heights was wonderful. It was perfect for us. We had 2 adults and 3 children. The bunk room was great for the kids, We enjoyed having a TV in every room. The pool table was so much fun for the kids and adults. It was so nice coming back from a long day to the comforts of the townhome. The park was just a quick walk and the kids loved it! Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful place for our vacation.
I spent a week here while visiting my daughter who is attending summer session at the U. The area is very convenient and pretty. Use of the 2 car garage is a great bonus.
I think this is a great ski condo but I would not stay there during the summer again. It was very hot upstairs so we had the air conditioning on constantly which caused it to be icy cold downstairs. We were excited about the hot tub and back deck. However, the condos are very close together so, if privacy is important to you, this is not a good choice. The neighbors to the left have a lovely deck which they occupy frequently (as is their right) but they are smokers which inhibited our use of our deck. The smoke does not affect the interior of the condo. I'm typically not super picky but, in the face of other options, I would choose differently in the future. If I was skiing, making occasional use of the hot tub, and spending most of the time inside, this would be a great place. If you want to be outdoors, it is a little awkward.
It was a very nice place to stay with lots of room for everyone.
We were a party of 8 for Young Living's convention and this place accommodated us well. I would recommend it to anyone. I thought the 10 pm curfew on the hot tub was too early because we get back from sessions late and would have appreciated a soak but I understand the reason. Overall a great stay
We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was well stocked and comfortable. We'll definitely return.
The house met our needs - it has plenty of space for 5 adults to hang out and relax, the hot tub worked well, and the location was what we were looking for. We were disappointed that the pool table is really small and essentially a toy - we did not use it. The bunk beds have fairly cheap mattresses on them, so they're best for kids, but we did just fine and slept well.
Everything we needed to cook at home, great hit tub for relaxing after a long day on the hill. Comfortable beds, and plenty of space!
Very clean and nicely located. Loved the hot tub and air hockey. What fun!
Very nice place. well maintained. Had a great time.
This property is ideally located for a quiet getaway. It is off the beaten path, but has easy access to main roads, including the freeway system, making the entire Salt Lake Valley fairly accessible. We visited in the fall, pre-ski season, but the property is ideally located for access to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Getting out to enjoy activities around the valley was not a challenge, but while at the property we felt a great degree of privacy. The property is clean and well maintained and the sleeping arrangements are comfortable. The on site entertainment options (xbox, board games, pool/air hockey, and a small library) were an added bonus.
Wonderful location. Beautiful home. One morning, we had someone ring our doorbell 7 times within a minute. As my husband went to answer the door, someone opened it and came in. This was alarming. It was the maintenence man coming to take the trash cans out. This should be done differently. Our hot tub didnt work and had to be repaired so we missed some nights of getting to use it. I feel it should be checked out in between all guests. Also, the toilet paper and tissues were as scratchy and thin as it gets. The garage door opener had no batteries in it so it didn't work most of the time (somehow it still did occasionally) and also several non working game controllers, remotes, landlines phones. We really enjoyed our stay and the house itself was great.
We are very sorry that this guest was interrupted during their stay; the Property Manager has followed up with maintenance on proper protocol when access to an occupied home is necessary. This hot tub was in working order when it was inspected for this stay, but it malfunctioned and did need some time to reheat. The garage door remotes will be replaced, and we will make sure the codes are correct so that garage access is guaranteed.
the property has a lot of appeal. Clean, spacious lots of extra kid items, high chair, packnplay, sippy cups and kid spoons and forks. Hot tub is nice and the neighbors with the beautiful patio are amazing.
Kids loved the pool table and air hockey. The DH loved some war video games and racing, I loved the hottub!
Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay very much. It felt like being home. Loved the location - so close to Little Cottonwood Canyon and Big Cottonwood Canyon. Went on some amazing hikes! A short drive away from downtown SLC. I would definitely rent here again.
Excellent property. Clean, well decorated, everything was easy to find and easy to use. Love the pool table and the hot tub!
Overall a comfortable, peaceful and great place.
Great location for skiing and golf
The unit was wonderful! Very well equipped and clean. I would definitely love to vacation there again, our family had a beautiful time .
Overall this was a nice spacious condo that worked well for our family of 5. It was up to date and comfortable with most all the basics. Nice big flat screen in LR with Xbox was great for kids. Would definitely stay again.
loved it! great location great condo..
Great location and worked real good for six guys.
We stayed in this rental and found it to be 100% as described. Checking in and out was super easy with emails from Vacasa and little signs around the condo gave us all the information we needed. It was great to have laundry (buy your own detergent) and there were clean sheets and many extra towels available. All the rooms had their own mini TVs which was a nice bonus. The condo is about 20 minutes to Snowbird and Alta and close to a grocery store and gas station. Uber to downtown cost about $30 one-way for us. We would definitely rent here again and recommend.
The house itself was very nice. It was clean and had enough space for our small party. We were in town to run a triathlon so it was in a great spot and had quick access to the mountains so we could train a few days early.
Strengths - Location is great if you want quick access to the mountains and fairly quick access to downtown salt lake (15 min). The house is clean and there are solid amenities although we did not use many of them.
Weaknesses - Having such a weak wifi signal made staying at the house difficult when we needed to work. Three of us are attorneys who intended to work 5-6 hour days before the triathlon and we had to travel away from the house to find locations to do work. This cost additional money as we had to use gas and pay for food/drinks to use wifi. We tried to call Vacasa but all they gave us was Comcast number and the provider would not speak with us because we were not the owners of the service.
We had a great stay and loved the condo, it was well equipped and nice that it included activities for kids.
We didn't see many of the neighbors but the ones next door were very friendly.
The park near by was great for the kids or to just take a walk or run.
Stayed here for 2 weeks as my son recuperated from surgery. Great place. Felt like home.
It's comforting to feel like you're at home when circumstances dictate otherwise. We are genuinely pleased that we could help make this possible and look forward to seeing you again soon.
This was our second family vacation in Salt Lake City. Skiing was amazing once again!!! Fresh powder for a few days, blue sky and warm weather. We were a group of five and we skied Alta (our favorite), Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton which were very close from the house (15 minutes drive). We also skied Park City and the Canyons, more touristy resorts. The house was very comfortable, large bedrooms, clean and close to the ski resorts, groceries and restaurants. We enjoyed the hot tub to relax after a day skiing. The only thing missing: a BBQ.

We appreciate your review and are so happy to report that the owner just added a new gas grill for future guests to enjoy!
It is so convenient to take the bus or drive to the ski resorts. The property and house was amazing. The hot tube was a must after a long day of skiing.
13 Minutes to Alta's albion base. No need to say more! But, the property is well stocked (even has a high chair and portacrib) and everything is in very good condition. It is our second year in a row staying here and we like it a lot!
Great property and it is exactly as represented. Great location for skiers. Clean and well maintained.
This is a beautiful condo right next to the mountains. We would definitely recommend staying here.
We were there in the fall, so we didn't ski, but it's easy to get to some of the ski resorts from this location. It's closer to the ski resorts than to downtown SLC. But even downtown SLC is only 15-20 minutes away.
We had our 4 kids there with us, and there were several amenities that were helpful - a high chair, a pack and play, several children's books, toys, and games, and an XBOX 360 and XBOX One (each with their own Kinect). There were also about 15 XBox games between the two systems.
The master bedroom walk-in closet is huge - we put the pack and play in there with room to spare. Each bedroom has it's own TV and cable box (the DVR is only available on the big TV in the den).
We like to run, and were able to go right across the street and found several neighborhoods to run in. If you need more of a challenge, Dimple Dell Park has many miles of very hilly trails .
There is a 2 car garage, but it would be very tight to park 2 cars there. We had 1 car in the garage and 1 on the driveway. If you have more cars, there is a lot about 5 condos down for overflow parking.
There is a good size Smith's grocery store about 1/2 a mile away, and there are a couple of coffee shops within 5 minutes of the place.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay there and didn't have any troubles.
Beautiful home ideally located for awesome family times! We want to come back. Vacasa staff was excellent!
Overall, everything was excellent... location, amenities and the quietness.
The only thing I would recommend is a non-skid pad for the shower (can be dangerously slippery when the soap gets on the floor from showering).
Also the correct sized pillow cases for the pillows on the bed:-).
I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone and will stay there again.
Thank you so much for the review. We will definitely look at acquiring a mat for the shower. Thank you for staying with us, please come back again soon.
The location of this rental is nice and central...makes it easy to visit the many sites in the area. We loved this rental and will definitely stay again. Beds were comfortable, there was lots of space for a big family to stretch out, and we loved the pool table and hot tub. Awesome!

FYI...Many electrical outlets are not working, esp. upstairs. Also, we only used the guest bath's shower once...it leaked and there was water dripping through the light socket above the sink in the kitchen. You may want to look at repairing those things :)
Thank you for this great review. We will be looking into the shower leak, and outlets right away! Thanks for letting us know.
