We loved the location, cleanliness, price, comfortable beds and the coffee in the lobby but the last two nights we had quests that woke us up with their walking back and forth and talking loudly. I would recommend staying upstairs or perhaps C or E units. I did speak to the front desk about the first time it happened nothing was resolved so I did not mention it again since I felt is fell on deaf ears.
Hi Robert, thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the noise issue you experienced. We regret that we weren't able to resolve the issue for you. We are looking into ways to mitigate noise and enforce our quiet hours policy. We hope to host you again soon!

Close enough to walk to Oak Bluffs center. Pool is great. Loungers not super comfy. Kitchen option great. Our bathroom door didn’t close and door had hole in it. Grounds are awesome. Lots of picnic tables. Swing set awesome for kiddos. Hotel places items in a shed but anyone can access it. It would be nicer if it had a lock and the staff was the only one that could access it. Free coffee in the office. Staff very nice.

Since we began at Island Inn, we've always been pleased. We miss the personal touch before Vacasa took over, but nothing else has suffered. Condo 14D was the smallest we ever used, but it met our needs, especially the updated kitchen. Of course we'll be back next year and maybe try for 15D, probably with at least grandchild in tow, maybe two, unless the older and boyfriend decide to get married (which we think is "in the cards."

This place was about 1 1/2 miles for Oak Bluffs one way and a mile to the beach the other way. Nice pool. Room was comfortable and clean. The only negative was the bathroom door did not close.

Very clean and the staff was very attentive.

Loved that this unit was dog friendly. Clean upon arrival and having a kitchen area really helped. Staff was great. Only issue was that check in time was 3 but email I got that day said 4...we were able to check in by 2:50 though. Very close to town and free parking on site was a MAJOR plus! Would recommended to others.

A nice condo apartment, spacious and clean. Convenient to two nearby beaches and towns even without a car. Grounds of the condo resort are very well kept and there is a nice, warm pool. The only isue we had was that for breakfast and lunch it’s all self catering; the restaurant next door only opens for dinner. But if self catering is preferred, then this is a perfect place.

We travled over to the Vinyard for a few days to celebrate out daughters first birthday! We had our small dog Odin with us an needed a place that allowed pets. Everything from our early checkin, the nice employees, spotless room and wonderful ammenties made this one of our most memorable trips yet! Way to go Island Inn!

Clean and great if you just want to rest, it is convenient if you plan a long stay with very light luggage. The kitchen is fully and nicely equipped if you need/want to cook or even bake. If you are not a sunlight’s fun at 6 am, make sure to request a room with a real full window blackout curtain. Closet with no hangers. Restroom with no hooks. They inform you that the pool is not headed and has no lifeguard, but it needs a thorough cleaning. I don’t give a higher score because I informed the front desk about a broken chair and they did nothing about it. From OB port is a 5mins drive/$4 taxi pp, and from WH 15 mins drive/$8 taxi pp. You can also use the take the bus 13 that stops right in front of this property about every half hour. Lola's Restaurant -next to the property- opens for lunch and dinner. You need a car if you want to go comfortably to different sides of the island, plan ahead if you are taking yours because you need rsvs for the ferry. MV is serene and enjoyable, its people is friendly and you will find plenty of things to keep you busy. Good luck!

The unit was very tidy. Looks like the floors were recently re-done. Kitchen was well appointed for an efficiency unit. I would say this unit seemed nicer than some other units in which our friends stayed.
Our only real complaint was that we could hear a lot of noise from the neighbors above us (but nothing from the neighbors to either side of us). Either the upstairs neighbors walked very loudly or the floors are not very well insulated.
The office staff at the Island Inn were very nice and helpful.
