The best part of Condo was location being between Edgartown and Oak Bluffs / Vineyard Haven. Rooms including bathrooms are small, and the extra 2 beds are basically in the main living area. There really is only ONE bedroom. No problem with a young family of 4-5, but 2 couples or with older children wouldn't work. Had some minor maintenance issues, but the response to fix was outstanding, so the resort location has great back-up to any issues.

Wonderful place to stay with children will definitely stay there again.

Very clean, felt new and fresh. Nicely decorated. Wished there was coffee available on the room, but a nice walk over to office made it easy to get it.

Our family loved the stay! Nice grass for our 1 yr old to run and play. Resturant next door with outside seating and yard games like corn hole oversized jenga. We didn’t get to check out the pool but looked nice. We will definitely stay again

Location was phenomenal. Staff was friendly. The unit was very clean. My one complaint is that the bedroom does not cool
down since it is on the opposite end of the of the unit. You have to sleep with the bedroom door open to the rest of the unit. The ceiling fan in the bedroom did help tremendously tho. Other than that, we have no complaints and would stay again.

The condo was very nice and the lands at the inn were very nice. Only downfall was not being able to use the pool if the lifeguard wasn’t working even though it’s a small pool

We very much enjoyed our stay in MV.
Pros: location - we were able to bike several miles from Island Inn's parking lot, directly onto the scenic bike path. , nicely decorated. The kitchen was well appointed.
Cons: The walls are very thin and unfortunately we had a screaming toddler next door. The floors are very thin as well and being on the bottom level you hear EVERY footstep *amongst other things ...; we used the kitchen for breakfast but there's no exhaust system - so the smoke alarm went off b/c of it. There were a few other little things here & there, but we still enjoyed our stay.
I would recommend the space for 3-4 people, 2 adults and kids. Anymore than that would be too tight. Although there is a small table to eat at in the living space, you really cant fit more than 3 people. The room with the 2 single beds has a partial wall dividing it from the living room space so there is no real privacy for adults, but ideal for kids.
I did a lot of researching for places to stay at MV w/ and w/o a kitchen, and this place met all of our needs.

Loved the Island Inn very spacious, clean and convenient to the beach and restaurants. The staff were nice also.

Very comfortable but be weary of noisy upstairs neighbors.

Unit 34G and Island Inn were great! Specifically 34G was very clean and appeared to be newly renovated. We loved the decor and layout. The little touches were appreciated. There are hooks throughout to hang towels, clothes etc. The new kitchen was also really nice. Our only complaint was there are no outlets in the living room area to charge phones and the lock on the door to get in is very temperamental. The pool is also very clean and very nice. Also, the staff were very friendly. I’d definitely stay there again if we are on the Vineyard.

While we were only there for two nights, we would've gladly stayed longer. The place was clean, modern, cozy, and close to a bunch of fun spots in Oak Bluffs and Edgartown.
