I truly loved this place overall!! The condo was very nice and clean on the surface. The location was great! The view was incredible!! The furniture and beds were nice and comfortable. Beautiful kitchen.
BUT...the carpet in the bedrooms and small hallway was disgusting!! We did not feel comfortable walking around barefoot. The hall bath toilet was always running making sleeping in that back bedroom frustrating. The internet might as well have been non-existent. When we first got there the cable would not work but we were able to fix that, but the internet was out more than it was on. We constantly had to sign in and agree to terms and conditions on our phones, tablets and my Fire stick/Netflix. VERY Annoying!!! We had problems locking the sliding glass door on the 3rd day b/c the door would not close enough so the locking mechanism could not latch. I sent an email to Vacasa about all these things and someone emailed me back, explaining to me like I was a complete idiot, how to lock a door(with picture of door lock, arrow pointing to lever). They did not offer help with the other problems other than they would contact management but they did not see an outage in the area. After this, we discovered that the microwave did not work at all. We were trying to warm leftovers from the night before, but when we hit Start, the microwave made a loud rumbling noise for 2 seconds and then just shut off.
One last thing that probably wouldn't bother most, the cleaning crew(I assume) left scented plug ins in the condo. I have severe allergies and asthma and keep feeling like I couldn't breathe. We looked all over for something emitting the scent but could not find it. I had to go out on the balcony to avoid having an asthma attack. The other person with me kept searching and finally found a plug in BEHIND the couch and another under the entry way table. We had to air the place out before I could go back inside. I understand this was probably done as a courtesy to make the place smell nice, but with different people renting, you do not know whether they have allergies or asthma, so it may be better to not use them or leave them in a very visible place.

This home is the perfect place to enjoy oceanfront luxury without feeling crowded. This is a spacious and well-appointed unit with everything you need for cooking, beach time, and relaxing. Just a short trip down the elevator to the pool and ocean. You must come and see for yourself.

This condo is beautiful and has a wonderful view. The only reasons I gave it 4 stars was because we weren’t told what to do with the trash so we just left it in the room. The TV didn’t work most of the time, it wouldn’t connect. Eventually we figured out you have to do it a certain way (still couldn’t watch Netflix). Instructions for this would’ve been helpful. No extra paper towels were there and we ran out of the 1 roll we had. If there was extra we weren’t told about it. The door was so hard to open and probably needs replacing. Otherwise it was very nice and had many appliances: blender, pots/pans, etc. They gave us a fresh sponge to use in the kitchen too. They were pretty slow to respond to my messages, but overall we had a good experience.

We do provide a starting amount of consumable supplies, such as paper towels, and ask that guests please purchase any additional amounts they need. All locks and door knobs have been replaced. We took this vacation to celebrate my wifes 40th birthday. We have 4 children so having this condo was perfect. It is very well kept and clean. The veiw if the ocean is breath taking and the area us beautiful. We llan to return and stay with Vacasa again.

The home was immaculate! Super clean and felt like a home away from home. However I will never use this company to rent a home again if I don’t have to. They have given me numerous issues and have showed no sense of care that I was bothered. If you want to rent through someone that cares about their customers use or VRBO. This company sucks.

The home is very welcoming. The building is well maintained. Thoughtful beach items like beach chairs, umbrella, coolers were provided. Beach front was not crowded and quiet. Perfect for families looking for relaxation and fun times.

This condo had a breathtaking view from the private balcony! Love the master suite. It was plenty of room for our family of 5. The host had little touches that made it feel like home, clean & cozy! Only a few steps to the beach and a nice clean warm pool. Close to restaurants, shopping & market. It was about 20 minutes from the boardwalk. Bring extra towels because they only supply a few. Bring quarters to do laundry. HD TV and good WiFi. I would love to stay again.

This place was perfect for our family with a little one. It's hard to find a location in Myrtle Beach that isn't overrun with tourists, and this place was that perfect spot! It's hidden behind the Arcadian Shores Golf Course, and in a great location near everything. The pool was quieter than the others we visited, and you can tell that their HOA really cares about their condos! So glad to stay!

This condo was in a fantastic location (facing the ocean and right next to the Hilton where my conference was located). The rooms were large and the living room was spacious with updated floors and great new furniture on the balcony. We'd definitely stay here again. Only downfall was the rooms weren't clean from the previous renters so we had to call and it took them about 3 hours to come out so we went to the grocery store and to dinner during this time. There wasn't enough shampoo and conditioner for two people for 3 nights so we bought some at the local Krogers nearby. Overall, great place in a convenient location.

Condo was convenient to wedding venue. Pool was excellent. Great view. Condo carpet is very worn. Chairs on deck were rusty. Lock box was a problem.

Had a little problem with the first place due to steps my mother is in a wheelchair I called them they moved me to a different property with in a hour I will definitely book with them next year and tell all my friends, But I want to stay at that same place if available 👌

Plenty of room. Very very clean. The balcony is ocean front as is the master. Staff were very nice. Great people everywhere and not crowded at all. Will definitely go back!!!

The building was clean and well maintained. The condo needed some work though. It was like stepping back into the 70’s with original furnishings and appliances. The patio furniture was just as old and rusted out. The view was awesome which compensated for other things. We didn’t have TV and were told we wouldn’t get it. Called a local number and they sent out someone to install a cable box. The bathroom lights didn’t work and they had to send out an electrician.
