This townhouse is in terrific shape. We really enjoyed our time there. Great for a small family. Vacasa’s housekeeping standards are top tier. Location is very convenient to June Mtn.
Clean, well-located and well stocked. We found the experience to be excellent.
Great place to relax and enjoy our time
The Aspen Meadows Condo we rented was perfect! It allowed our family to enjoy the Eastern Sierras together. The "Virtual Tour" option helped us choose this condo. It was clean and well maintained. Thank You!
Aspen Meadows really is a spectacular place. My wife and kids and I all loved it. It felt very comfortable and quiet. Since it has a fully stocked kitchen it was also a really money saver. Thanks
The open ceiling made the space feel more generous. The furnishings were comfortable, well laid out, and the kitchen was equipped for good cooking. It was a very peaceful location, and the lovely, cosy sunroom was a fine place to contemplate the mountain after skiing.
We've stayed here before. It is our favorite place to stay. The views of Carson Peak and Horsetail Falls can be seen without leaving the condo. The condo is very comfortable, well decorated and stocked with everything we needed. It has great wifi and a blue ray player to pick up Netflix, Hulu, etc. We especially love all the great hiking trails and June Mountain Ski Area.
Nice area. The condo has a serious problem with the beds and the couch. Itching constantly after 3 days we had to leave. No response from the property manager on an email I sent. I had to assemble their barbeque for them in order to use it. Did I mention no response from the property manger. We expected to get a refund for the two nights we couldn't stay due to the conditions.
Christmas Eve and Christmas night
Our two small families enjoyed a 5-day stay at the condo during the holidays! Our plans involved skiing at June and Mammoth mountains, hiking around the nearby lakes and relaxing at Double Eagle (spa, pool, gym, restaurant, and bar). As others mentioned, the kitchen is well appointed. We baked, we seared, we fried, and we even barbecued! There were plenty of dishes and cookware, as well as a nice supply of useful spices. The dishwasher worked well and was quiet. The only complaint we had was that it was loaded with serrated knives and only a meat cleaver that wasn't an actual sharp blade.
The couches were comfy when we just wanted to kick back. The sun room is a great addition for enjoying coffee or reading a book. The little couch wasn't my favorite, but the kids liked it. Some type of furniture that folded into a bed or a lounge would be nice there. The bedrooms were roomy with lots of closet and drawer space to unpack and enjoy your stay. We like a firm bed and both beds were softer than we like. There were plenty of pillows to make it cozy. The full bathroom is located upstairs between both bedrooms, so you will want to be comfortable with your friends if you are sharing the condo. There were plenty of towels provided so that we didn't need to wash or have them serviced during our stay. I'm 5'4" and the shower head was probably 5'5" high, so keep that in mind.
During our stay the refrigerator basically quit working and we lost some perishable food, some of which was fresh caught ahi tuna. The property managers were very easy to work with and credited us for the lost food. Luckily the freezer worked as a fridge during the remainder of our stay. We also had the garbage disposal go out, but we were able to get it working properly (I forgot to report that, so someone may want to check it) with little effort.
We really like the laid back feel of June Lake and even though we had a couple of hiccups during our stay, the owner and the property managers were very nice and easy to work with. We'd love to give the condo a visit again in the future!
We are sorry to see there were some frustrations with this stay and are glad to see our guests still enjoyed themselves despite those things. The refrigerator has been repaired, and we have taken care of the knives. Thanks!
