Condo was nice and comfortable for my family and I. Only problem was the heating system was not keeping the bottom room warm so we all had to sleep upstairs. There's a few other fixes that the place needs like the downstairs bathroom door doesn't lock well you had to fiddle with it in order for it to lock and the lining on the tub needs some attention. Overall nice place oh yeah owner should invest on putting a second lock on the front door to make people feel more secure. I been to June Lake town many times and it always feel safe around that little town but you never know who is lurching around, just my suggestion.
We drove in Friday afternoon, it started snowing early Saturday am, Saturday it dumped- 5- 7 feet we hear. The plows came twice- we made it out on time Sunday morning. The town is sleepy but the plows run like clock work. The Condo was Perfect!!
comfortable, had everything we needed. Needs new beds. I sunk in about 6 inches. Good bbq.
Everything was amazing and so close to the lake. Love the small town and can’t wait to book another trip. Def worth getting the apartment over a hotel room.
Comfortable accommodations, no views.
Glad to have been able to stay at this little charmer of a place in June Lake. Easily accommodated the five of us with room to spare. Cozy, comfortable, and in a great location for fishing, walking, and exploring the eastern Sierra. The home is well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, blankets, and has a neat little mud room at the entrance for storing your outdoor gear as well as changing out of muddy/wet clothing when you arrive back home. A little dated, but clean and comfortable throughout.
Very comfortable and centrally located townhouse.
Loved this place in June Lake, right near restaurants and a little store, good location for doing day hikes into Yosemite and come back here in the evenings. Great space for 3-5 adults, or two couples with bunkbeds for four kids.
This was my first time in #4 and it worked great for our group. Plenty of beds and enough items in the kitchen to cook & BBQUE. Would definitely stay in #4 again.
Our family of 5 had a great stay here. The home was clean, kitchen well stocked and toiletries provided. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunks and loft. The location was great, walking distance to lake, restaurants, store and a short drive to June Mountain. Lots of space for all of our ski gear. As seen in other reviews the sliding door did not lock but was a second story slider that was not easily accessible from the ground. Neighbors were very kind and let our kids play in the snow in their backyard. It was our first time in June Lake and we will go back and would rent this unit again!
We were two families with young kids staying for a ski trip. We appreciated the ability to spread out over 3 floors to give everyone some space when needed. The only downside to the tri-level design is that the temperature is hard to control on each level - the loft was VERY warm while the bottom floor stayed on the chilly side. The kitchen was well stocked, though some pans are showing wear and could use replacing. The downstairs storage area and extra large entryway were great for all of our ski gear, we didn't have to store anything in the car overnight. A great value for the price and quality.
Visiting June with your family? Stay here. It is roomy, clean, walking distance to town, waher/dryer, large entry way for unloading gear
It was a good home. A lot of space and clean. Only thing there was no parking, even though they said we would have 2 spots. We could even find 1. Also there isn’t enough hot water for people to shower comfortably. There were 5 of us and after 2 people showering for 5 minutes the hot water ran out. It’s 20 minutes from mammoth which is nice and a good rate.
We apologize for the parking confusion. We will locate alternate parking and provide that information to our guests. It does take the water awhile to warm up here since the water going in is so cold. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We had a great time in this spacious condo!
What an amazing place. It was 3 stories. Couldnt believe the place we got. Eveyrone had a good time!
