This home is only about a block from the pristine beach, and it's just a short walk farther to famous Apache Pier. Don't forget your fishing pole! After a long day in the sunshine, grab some refreshments back at Harry the Hats, Arcadian Dunes' on-site bar.

A family or multiple couples can stay at this homey condo, where you'll find a full kitchen complete with granite countertops, a full-size fridge, and a dishwasher. If you're in the mood to dine al fresco, set up shop at the shared grilling area outside. The central air conditioning here helps everybody beat the heat, and the two cable TVs and free WiFi are there for you when you're ready to unwind. This home has also been updated with new furniture in the guest bedroom (including beds and mattresses), a new 65-inch flatscreen wall mounted TV, a new front-loading Samsung washer and dryer, and all new carpet throughout the home.

Parking Notes: Parking passes are required for all vehicles. These passes MUST be purchased directly at the Arcadian Dunes HOA office. Each pass is $20 per car and is good for the entirety of your stay.
The Home Owners Association for Arcadian Dunes does not allow motorcycles, scooters, trailers, or golf carts on the property. These types of vehicles will not be allowed onto the property and will be towed without notice if left on the property. Vacasa is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any vehicle if towed. If you arrive after hours, please get your parking pass(es) first thing in the morning - guests have 24hrs to display a pass on their vehicle(s). Reservations are limited to two vehicles max. No exceptions.

The person making the reservation to stay in this unit at Arcadian Dunes MUST be at least 25 years old. This will be checked when Parking Passes are issued. If you have made this reservation and are not 25 years old please call Vacasa to cancel. You will not be issued Parking Passes if you cannot show that you are at least 25 years old.

Maximum Occupancy of every unit at Arcadian Dunes is 6 Adults. If you have more than 6 persons in the unit overnight you will be in violation of the terms of your Rental Agreement and your reservation will be canceled without refund. If you have more than 6 Adults in your group please call Vacasa to cancel your reservation and we will help you locate a unit to suit your group.

The Office at Arcadian Dunes is not affiliated with Vacasa, and may not be very helpful to Vacasa guests. If you have ANY issues with the Unit you are staying in or with the Staff at Arcadian Dunes, please contact Vacasa Guest Services at 503-345-9399. You are a guest of the Owner of your unit and Vacasa. Your group answers to Vacasa and the Rental Agreement you signed when you confirmed your reservation but all guests MUST still follow the rules of the resort. The staff here has been known to call Vacasa with issues caused by our guests and they have also contacted local Law Enforcement when necessary.

Clean apartment and quiet location I love to come back again. We had a great time all staff was very friendly and very helpful. Close by everything.

This condo is in need of repairs and cleaning. The floors were sticky when we arrived, there were cobwebs in the bathroom along with what appeared to be mold along the baseboard in the hallway bathroom. There were crumbs under the trash can in the kitchen and dust on the side table. The carpet in the living room is torn along the edge, there is a hole in the wall behind the chair in the living room, paint is peeling off the wall in the hallway bathroom and don't plan on using the small patio, the chairs are rusted and one is broken and the doors are very hard to lock. We found items from previous guests under the bed in the second bedroom and under the shelving unit in the living room. I believe we paid a cleaning fee, but I am not sure what for as this unit did not receive a thorough cleaning prior to our arrival.

Loved the unit but owner came in locked door unannounced one afternoon.Still waiting for explanation. I was asleep and awoken on sofa by door being unlocked and opening, my wife was in bedroom luckily and had just got out of shower. I was still half asleep and he said something and quickly went back out. Im sure it was some sort of miscommunication between owner and Vacasa (I hope) but could have gone bad. Hopefully they will call and explain

The pictures were a bit misleading. We arrived to a dusty condo, I’m sure I paid a cleaning/ service fee and the mirrors and air vents were covered with dust and dirt. Furnishings are old, mattresses are very comfortable for anything but 1 night stay. Living room tv flickered for the entire trip, Microwave was not cleaned and it’s tiny and the toaster oven was and antique.

Great location, only about 3 minutes from the beach however the condo needs a update and a thorough cleaning especially the carpets, mirrors and vents.

The place was welcoming and comfortable. The beach was a short 5 minute walk. It was in a nice area and everything else, attraction-wise was within 15 minutes or less.
