This home for five lies in a quiet resort seven miles west of Denia. It's only a few blocks away from shopping, dining, and groceries, and even closer to the beach! The communal area and pool was the cleanest and best looked after that I have ever stayed at. Beautifully manicured trees and bushes and exceptionally clean pool. Plenty of sun shades for residents to use. Denia is well worth a visit and we were lucky enough to be there when they were commemorating the historic struggle between Moors and Christians in the area. There were marches with bands and terrific costumes making for a lovely atmosphere in the heart of the town. Denia also has a small fairground by the port and some market stalls in that area in the evenings. Very good food options in Denia and also in old town Javea.

We had a great and relaxing stay in this house. The pool in the common garden was really nice for the kids. A couple meters walk to a quit beach was also fantastic. Arranging booking, arrival and leave very well organised. Would love to return some time!
