Private home w/ deck, game room, HOA pool & beach - near Shawnee Peak slopes!

Retreat to your own private Maine chalet at this three-bedroom Bridgton home, where you'll enjoy a deck surrounded by evergreens, a game room with foosball and bumper pool tables, and nearby access to Moose Pond, a community pool, and the slopes of Shawnee Peak.

This three-level lodge is tucked away in a grove of trees, just one mile west of the shores of Moose Pond. Travel with ease from downtown Portland 46 miles southeast, spend winter days on the trails and glades of Shawnee Peak less than two miles south, and return each summer to sunbathe at the HOA lake beach or take easy day trips to Sebago Lake State Park 20 miles southeast.

The living space is warm and inviting, with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the woods and comfortable furnishings to remind you of home. Wake up on winter mornings to soak in the jetted tub, light the gas-powered fireplace, and prepare breakfast as a family in the classic kitchen with a dishwasher, a breakfast bar, and an adjacent dining area.

Spend summer days by the community pool or outside on the deck, where you can breathe in the fresh Maine air, host family barbecues on the gas grill, and gather a few chairs to bring down to the beach at Moose Pond. Should a summer storm move in, fear not: you'll have free WiFi, two cable TVs, a DVD player, a VCR, a selection of movies and board games, as well as a game room with foosball and bumper pool tables for fun-filled family tournaments.

No matter the season of your Maine escape, you'll find comfort, beauty, and adventure at this Bridgton home! A damage waiver, covering up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation.

The house was very cozy well equipped for everything we needed during our stay. We loved that it was only a three minute drive to Shawnee Peak.

I had a somewhat difficult experience with Vacasa at the start as they indicated to me in an email that my payment was not due until a week after I booked and then the next day received an email that my booking was cancelled? It was four or five calls and multiple emails to try and get the error fixed but ultimately it all worked out. This is a good home in a nice location. We enjoyed the firepit and the house was clean and inviting. Careful with the grill as it had not been cleaned out in a while and I had to deal with a pretty decent "grease" fire when cooking some nice steaks. The base of the grill needs a little clean out so until then do not leave unattended. Over all a great trip, good friends relaxing, good weather for golf and a night time fire.
Manager response:
We are very sorry about the confusion our guest experienced when booking and appreciate our guest sticking with us. The property manager has cleaned out the grill so it is safe for guest use. Thanks!

Very well appointed and spacious home st the end of a dead end street. Was lacking for nothing. The knights hill association amenities are a very nice bonus. Proximity to Shawnee peak, Moose Pond, Bridgton, Fryeburg and North Conway is perfect. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Home was quite comfortable and had everything we needed. Plenty of room. Close to the pool and beach which were both nicely maintained.
