THINGS TO KNOW

• A parent or legal guardian must accompany all guests occupying this property under 25.
• Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
• Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for an additional daily fee; 24-hour notice is required. Pool heat may not be available if the outdoor temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
• We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
