Very convenient to everything. Country store right across the street. Slopes 3 minutes away. House had everything we needed. Indoor parking garage was great to escape the cold. Highly recommend. Would stay here again.

We Loved this place! The club house was the bomb dot com. Upstairs bed was super comfy. Had everything we needed.

We stayed here for a quick ski trip with my three teen daughters. We are low-key people and fine with "roughing it." We arrived Christmas Day and the codes/keys all worked. The condo was clean and well-stocked with spices, coffee filters, cooking oil, pots/pans, utensils, dishsoap, sponges, small travel shampoo/conditioner/soap. We cooked all our meals and everything worked well. Overall the place is clean. A bit dated in terms of carpeting, paint peeling, and bathroom. Upstairs bed was comfortable. Plenty of blankets/sheets/towels. The water pressure upstairs was fine and it was hot.
Overall, with 5 "adults", it was a little tight. Our 5'6" girl slept on couch without opening it, there's no room to open it due to the comfy chair (and, she didn't want to sleep on the bed part). The dining table is wedged in between the couch and the stairs, so a little tight to get into the seats.
There were board games, the wifi worked well, tv/cable were fine. We didn't bother with the fireplace. We brought water, but the tap water was fine for boiling pasta.
We were about 1/4 mile from the Navajo base so we opted to drive there rather than wait for a shuttle. The second day, we drove to the Big Steps which was about 1 mile away. Ample underground covered parking at the unit. We bought all our groceries in the city before coming, so we didn't need anything from the local store.
We didn't hear any neighbors and we tried to be aware of our walking around "noise" for the people below us.
Not related to how I rated, but FYI if you are renting here: It is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. With changes in altitude, you may be a little winded climbing up and down the stairs (we are actually pretty fit, but could feel it with all the luggage/groceries we hauled up). The water heater is only about 30 gallons, so plan showers/dishwasher use accordingly. Lastly, the road to get here is windy and inclined, so winter travel can be affected by slippery conditions. There's actually a "chain up" section as you climb towards the resort. Coming from the midwest, we are used to driving in snow/ice, but it was a little white-knuckle at night.
Overall, for the price we paid and location, it was fine.

We enjoyed our stay! The Condo was great, cozy, and clean. Everything we needed was there. It's conveniently located to the slopes, restaurants, Cedar Breaks, and the grocery store/liquor store! I would stay here again. The pool and rec room worked out nicely too. We couldn't ski one of the days due to wind, so we were able to hang in the hot tub/pool and play ping pong and pool as a family!

Was great for our weekend getaway. Note there is NO elevator so if you have a lot of stuff then you will be trekking it up 3 stories! Overall very cozy
