My husband and I loved the proximity to the beach, natural wildlife preserve, and restaurants. Great pool and terrific location for families as well as childless adults! Very clean condo, with easy check in and check out procedures. Really appreciated the security gates and ample parking, too! We'll definitely come back, and maybe even let the kids join us next time! Ha!

My wife and I just got back from a week long vacation on Perdido Key. While not on the gulf front, the condo is located on the 4th floor and situated in a location that provides view of gulf and sound of the gulf. There appeared to be plenty of dishes and cooking equipment in the condo, we had a brunch of breakfast cereal and explored the local restaurants and bars for dinner. The property was clean an tidy. Although it's winter, the pool area was sprayed off each morning. We lucked out with very nice winter weather with temperatures between 60 and 70 most of the time, mostly sunny and not much. (Until the last two days of our vacation when it got cool and windy.) We plan to be back next year.

My wife and I stayed here for a week. The area is very nice with a Publix and places to eat within a few miles. Condo itself was great, right across a dead end street from the beach where the public access is located. Whirlpool and pool were nice. Only issue we had was the TVs were not working when we got there, a quick call to Vacasa straightened that out. Condo is located between Orange beach and Pensacola, so a trip to the Naval base to see the Naval Air museum and the Light house was only a short drive. We will definitely stay here again.

The location was fantastic. Great place to spend a few days. The condo itself needed a little attention, but nothing that would keep me from renting that unit again.

The room was very nice and clean. The master door would not close but other than that all was great!

A small little place very close to the beach. The biggest negative for us was how the beach access works for this building. We were only able to use the public beach access section, which is about 100 feet wide. We shared that section with everyone else wanting to go to the beach. We were expecting a little crowding, just not being restricted to the public access section. It was noisy from other's music and conversations; can't get away from those who choose to smoke on the beach. Not supposed to walk along the beach because it's reserved for the high rises right on the beach. That was unexpected.

The best part of this location: it's 2 minutes from Johnson Beach, which is inside the National Park Service. You pay $20 to gain access for one week. Totally worth it. Huge, white beaches. Uncrowded, meaning lots of open space. Can sit in quite and listen to the waves; don't have to smell other's smoke. We can walk up and down the beach freely; lots of beach to walk on. The farther down Johnson Beach you go, the less crowded.

Loved the view- could watch the waves on the gulf! ROOMY! Everything you could ever need in the kitchen! Comfortable bed! Décor was wonderful!! Ready to go back! Great for a family as the bunk beds are out of the way and gives kids their own space!
