The location to the lift was outstanding and was also a short walk to the village. the village shuttle was 1 minute down the road also.
The space was a good size for 5 of us

Our family of 4 spent a week at Legacy 407 which was super spacious and had plenty of room with more to spare for our initially expected party of 6. As this unique condo is the penthouse of the complex, the majority of the condo has higher ceilings than the norm, the rooms are of a generous size and have great views spanning both the front & back of the Legacy building. The beds were super comfy (some of the comfiest of the 11 years we have been skiing & staying in condos in BC) and the furnishings & fittings cosy and welcoming. Management were great and when we encountered a blocked toilet and blown light bulb at breakfast, these had been fixed before we returned to the condo at lunch. Arrival was easy via keypad entry to the front door (the 4th floor is accessible via a lift from the front entry of Legacywhich does not require key or card access). In-suite laundry facilities were great, heating worked well, and there was plenty of storage space and power points too. The bookshelves full of books & games were a nice touch and added to the homeliness. The kitchen wasn’t quite as well stocked as places we have stayed in previously, but a bit of organization prior remembering to bring staple items is all that is required here. Similarly, if you self cater then you will be serving meals with a somewhat haphazard mix of non matching crockery! Legacy is mostly owner-occupied which makes it a quieter and a very family-orientated complex compared to other condos we have stayed in. Great ski-out location with easy access from the back door adjacent to the ski lockers to the run down to the Plaza, Ridge and Snowghost chairlifts. Ski-in if the snow conditions are good - if not, a short 50-100m walk is required. My only two criticisms of Legacy are 1) the walk uphill to the village is strenuous when the snow is deep following good snowfalls (but a sign of great skiing conditions!) - the alternative is to take the village bus which stops 30m from the front driveway twice an hour 2) the keys required to get into the complex from the ski run and a separate single key for the ski locker (combination codes would be so much easier as it is unlikely the entire group staying in this condo will leave & arrive back from skiing at the same time - we had 3 sets of keys for the doors and 1 for the locker, but no keys at all would be better!). The latter two are not deal breakers - the pros of this lovely condo definitely outweigh the cons and we would have no hesitation returning to Legacy 407 again!

We stayed at Legacy 407 in March 2019, the condo unit is gorgeous, very tastefully decorated in a French country farmhouse theme, it was clean & very comfortable. it has fantastic views of the Hummingbird slope and mountains beyond, it is on the Southeast side of the village, so access to the village is either by foot or ski to the plaza chair, then ride it up to the village. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has all amenities to cook elaborate meals.Although the condo is gorgeous & has a “homey” feel, we didn’t like the complex itself, too many doors and keys to deal with to get into the complex off the slopes & ski locker, others guests made the same comments to us too. What is the sense of locking all doors to the complex, but the front door ? If someone wants in, they will walk through the front door & have complete access to all units, so why lock the rest of the doors. ??And then there is only one ski locker key in the unit, which is a pain to deal with if there is more than one person staying in the unit. Although the condo is gorgeous & we enjoyed it once inside, we wouldn’t stay here again because of these reasons.

Four day ski trip. The accommodation was perfect, lots of space to spread out, comfortable beds, beautiful view, and great access to the lifts.

The condo was huge and absolutely beautiful. Such a great location for skiing or walking to the village. The only issue was parking and general organization! We were told to use a code for the garage door when we arrived, but there was nowhere to enter a code. After multiple phone calls we found out we needed a remote from inside the condo, but that we couldn’t get it yet (it was 8 minutes until our check-in time). Once in the garage, there was no spot for our unit as promised. We ended up coincidentally running into the building manager who let us park in a random spot. We were also told that there is first come first serve parking outside, which is true, but only for up to one vehicle. For a group of 8 of us coming from multiple cities this made it challenging! Lastly one hot tub was closed, there were limited supplies (paper towel) and only one key for the ski locker made it impossible to us for use since we split up skiing. Again, the condo was absolutely gorgeous, huge, and has beautiful views! Would still consider coming here again, but with less vehicles.

Our family of 4 loved this unit. Even though it comfortably sleeps 11 we felt cozy thanks to the layout and the decor. Great to see a full bookshelf in the living room and TVs in other rooms. We were sold on the view which we could never get tired of.

This property was in a very nice location with true ski in ski out location. It was fairly easy to find the road the building was located on with GPS, but due to the large amount of snow we couldn’t see building names, so we spent a few minutes finding the right building. It also had a beautiful view of the mountains from its front windows. The place was fairly clean, the one issue we had was rectified within a few hours. It comfortably slept 10 people.I would recommend this place and would stay here again the next time we visit Big White.

This was a perfect fit for our family vacation (4 adults, 3 kids). The location is ideal for ski-in/ski-out, the property had everything we needed and the view was amazing. Check in was really easy and the building manager was very friendly and helpful.

Our stay was comfortable and hassle free. Great accommodations, #407 is fully equipped. Location is highly recommended for ski-in ski-out.

The flat is fantastic and the service of RentCahlets went out really well. Only furniture, kitchen equipment and cleaning could be a bit better. It looks like being in use for quite a long time and a refreshment of the whole place would be good...

The chalet was all as described. Xlose to the slopes and the village. We had a wonderful stay.
