Clean great view quiet didnt see much of people which was awesome
A nice and clean upper level condo with a great view. If you can do without a full kitchen I highly recommend choosing this condo.
Great veiw , clean , cozy , beacy vibes
The only thing good about this room is the view, other than that, it’s not worth the money! First of all I booked this room through Expedia, a mistake I will not make again. The site was misleading because most of the property’s were refundable, this particular room was not. I didn’t find that out until I tried to cancel after I got charged an extra $100 for a “maintenance fee”. That’s on top of the already ridiculous price for this room! I’ve stayed in perfect condos with perfect veiws in Hawaii for less than this! The room was dusty, missing blinds, no table to eat at, frayed carpet and carpet scraps shoved under the bed, the people underneath us had an access door to the condo and OPENED IT while we were in the ROOM!!! The steep stairs to get to the room, and when you get to the room, another steep set of stairs was a pain when your loaded with luggage. One of the main reasons I decided to book this room is because The Embarcadero boasted about their restaurant and bar. It was shut down. Do yourself a favor and spend your money at The La Quinta, or Holiday Inn.
Everything was relaxing, quiet, and exactly as advertised. I couldn't have asked for a better weekend away!
After dealing with a very rude front desk clerk at the Embarcadaro, who had no idea what Vacasa was, sent me on a wild goose chase. Thankfully I figured it out and got myself into my room. I loved the room, except for one window missing a set of blinds, the room was clean, bed was comfy, it was a big room with nice amenities (microwave and fridge) no coffee for the coffee maker though.🤷🏽♀️ I will definitely book through Vacasa again
Upon arrival the unit smelled of pet urine and there were many evident stains on the carpet that seem to be surface stains easily cleaned up by spraying and scrubbing to remedy, or a professional shampoo. The unit reference sheet said there was a fireplace (there was not), access to the spa on the grounds (2 times we attempted to access and were unable to-- it was locked and no hours were posted that we could see).
In the room, there were a few cups and glasses, but only 1 wine glass. There was a single-serve coffee pot, but no coffee (k-cups) or sugar or creamer packets. There was some silverware, but no plates and no ice bucket. No facial tissue either.
Next, the listing description also said that we would find "books and games" but there were none. Extra blankets or throw blankets would have been nice as well. Replacing carpet with LVT tile or laminate and updating the blinds would instantly create a cleaner, modern, updated feel to the unit. When properly stocked with things like k-cups for the coffee machine, sugar and creamer packets, facial tissue, (a "standard" for a 3-5 star hotel), indoor activities (games, local magazines, books, or a movie selection), and an accurate description of the room (remove the fireplace reference), it should not be renting for much more than a typical 3-star hotel rate.
The best part of the entire unit was the view from the deck on the back, which was beautiful morning, noon, and night and helped us to ignore the other issues inside the unit. We will not stay in this unit again, but look forward to finding a more adequate rental for our money in Newport (we loved the bay front location, restaurants, and shops) in the future.
The room was perfect for our needs. It was clean and our dogters were welcome. View was stunning
Loved the amenities at the Embarcadero - crabbing dock, crab cookers, pool, and hot tubs. This room is in the 2nd row of condos. Not waterfront. On the third floor. Just a studio. There is only a single serve coffee maker and no coffee, sugar, creamer. So come prepared. King bed is very comfortable. Hide-a-bed really not comfortable for an adult. Room was nice and clean. Stairs leading up to room are steep.
