The Condo was in great condition in a optimal location steps away from the beach. Condo was very roomy with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms our family had a great time. Out contact Gustavo provided us great information and was always helpful. We will definitely recommend it to family and friends.
Everything was clean and comfortable. The ocean right across the street. The restaurants around, all at walking distance, just great!!!
We stayed in Sunrise for the second time, late May to early June. The condo is very spacious and is a short 2 minute walk to beach. Pool is nice with waterfall, complex is well guarded and well taken care of. Beds are great, good AC and wifi. This unit has a nice kitchen and laundry too. The property management was very responsive and helpful. Only negative would be some of the tiles on the floor need repair and the water pressure is low (I think for whole complex). Very good value for the money!
Ha sido una estadia excelente , limpieza muy buena , ubicación . la mejor , esperamos volver proximo año
Concierge was very responsive and timely. Unit clean and as pictured. Pool was great.
What would make it better? Beach chairs, umbrella and a grill. List of restaurants and activities.
Nice place, comfortable, clean. In a good area of Tamarindo.
Pool, location, security all wonderful. The water pressure and water temp was sometimes non existent within the condo but we didn’t let it stress us out.
Vacasa/Rigo and it's team really work hard to make sure we would have every need met! I would DEFINITELY look for one of their properties again.
Sunrise is the perfect mix of being in the center of town with fabulous shopping/restaurants, across the street from the BEACH, in the middle of the action, BUT if you want quiet and peace, just sit by the pool and enjoy the sound of the waterfall!
We had more than enough space in the kithchen, family room, and on the balcony. The bedrooms baths also a decent size. the laundry room even has a slop sink to rinse any sandy items. As a matter a fact there is also a rinsing "tub" right outside the condo door. As you walk off the beach and into the condo gates (they have private security guard and gate) there are two showers and a bathroom outside, the kids used these OFTEN to rinse their salty skin and head right back to the beach.
What ever you need, JUST ASK, and Rigo our codo manager had it delivered!
We got more than we expected when I arrived in Tamarindo. We have 4 children from 15 to 22, and were looking for a place to make the kids AND parents happy. The kids wanted a place that they could be on their own, go out for ice cream in the day and have some night life as well. The parents want to relax and NOT worry about the kids.
Tamarindo had it all. At low tide the beach is truly beautiful, walks are spectacular especially at sunset. The kids all learned to surf, morning till night, they negotiated boards for $10 a day, 2 boards for 4 kids was plenty, two stayed on the beach resting with the belongings, and 2 in the water REALLY catching waves, a WOW compared to the New Jersey shores where we tried to surf every summer but never really learned...
The restaurants are ALL good, the food is special, compares to the best restaurants in NYC. We did use a couple of websites to see who had the best reviews. Our favorite was Pangas Beach Club on the ocean, ON THE SAND, the strings of lights, ambience and beyond! and the food! All the food and drinks, even at the nicest restaurants, was well priced. An entree with red snapper or lobster under $20!! and the specialty drinks were $5-$7, which would be $10-$15 in the states.
We were "not aware" the the last week in December and Easter week are huge holidays for the Costa Ricans, so traffic at night was bad coming to Tamarindo, but since we were staying there, we did not care. There were free concerts on the beach right before New Years, my kids LOVED all the action. Normally I packed snacks and drinks for late afternoon, we all hung out together till sunset then we went for dinner, then the kids went out again...
They said best Christmas present ever, and I said "for me too!"
Todo estaba perfecto, la limpieza, la comodidad de estar frente a la playa y contar con una piscina y todo el comercio cerca fue magnífico.
