Just a three-minute boat ride from downtown Greenville, this home surrounds you with the beauty of Moosehead Lake and endless possibilities for fun. Be sure to bring your own motor boat, at least 16 feet, so you can access the island the home is located on.

We loved this little island paradise! We stayed a week with our two daughters and dog, we all had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the views! The camp is beautiful! So clean and well maintained.

As long as you have a suitable boat to get back and forth to this island (it is a short trip!) - this is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the crystal clear waters of Moosehead Lake and spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. We especially appreciated the dock on the south side of the island and the deck on the north side of the island.

A great week spent with our kids and dog. We loved waking up every morning to the sound of the waves. Our dog especially loved waking up and walking right out the door into the water. Easy access by boat to Greenville and all the must-sees on Moosehead. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent relaxing, swimming, and roasting marshmallow. We can’t wait for next year!

Beautiful views! Relaxing place to sit on the dock and take in the scenery.

A relaxing week with our dogs, swimming, boating, reading on the dock in the sunshine, enjoying the camp fire and listening to the loons. Even a rainy day inside the cabin was wonderful. Henry greeted us again with a contagious smile, reviewing the in’s and out’s of the property including the do’s and dont’s on how to operate the composting toilet. I’m not sure who enjoyed the week or our dogs! Thank you again and see you next summer. Rich and Jackie Reichenbach (and Hapi & Willow)

A really unique experience to stay on a small island. the weather kept us from boating for a few days, but it was quite relaxinjg just to be there, and we were close enough to town for shopping and shore time. we really enjoyed watching the float planes and the Katahdin coming and going. Amazing to look up the Lake toward the North Woods from one window and see the lights of Greenville and civilization out another window.

The property was as described. Working with Northwoods was easy (via email and phone). The property owners were very nice, helpful, and friendly. They even called us in the middle of the week to check that everything was OK. We had no problem from arrival to departure
