As advertised, well equipped comfortable house. Furniture and patio cushions could be replaced as very worn. Is in a more remote area of the island so a car is a must.

Love the place it had everything we needed and more and it the price for the days we stayed there was really cheap! Definitely will refer everyone I know to this place and I’m for sure coming again here next time! 😁
Ps. Is there a gym there cause I never found it lol

“This is a very beautiful house. It was very open and breezy. We only used the AC about half the nights during our visit. Palmetto bay is a bit remote, but there is a very good concrete road connecting to the main road in both French Harbor and West End. Palmetto Bay was very quiet. We largely had the resort to ourselves. Definitely recommend grabbing some supplies at Eldon's Supermarket and doing your own cooking. Also, I would highly recommend renting a car.”

“The villa is beautiful and relaxing. It's definitely the place to relax and enjoy nature. The villa has everything you need to cook and grill. It's extremely comfortable and perfect place to hang out as a family. It's a place where you want to spend surrounded by peace. You will need a car or arrange transportation to go visit West Bay and other popular areas.”

The house layout is wonderful for 3 couples. The craftsmanship of this bungalow was amazing. My favorite room was the side screened in porch hanging out with friends. Loved hearing the birds in the morning. I can’t believe we found Palmetto Bay Resort from the airport since we rented a car. Driving around is quite an adventure, but you can do it. Could not find street names and the roads in and out was an adventure while under construction. Sara at the bar was so nice along with the dive shop and anyone else we ran into. The beds were a but more firm than we are used to, but we loved the house. We prepared most meals there. Don’t leave your shoes out on the main porch as they may disappear due to a young dog named Pepper. She is cute and so sweet. If you have any issues at the house contact your concierge as they will take care of it in a timely manner. Roatan people are very nice. I hope to visit again and we would stay here again.

Everything was perfect, very clean, super well maintained. I know how difficult is all of this in the homes in the Caribbean, in the middle of the jungle, close to the beach. When I was using this home in a business trip, I really felt the love of Vacasa, and the owner with all the details in the house. Love it.!!

This house is just as seen pictures, it is beautiful. We really like it had all the equipment needed in a house. The pool and beach is at 3 minute walk from the house. The beach is not as beautiful as the one you find in West End or West Bay but it’s fine. It’s a good getaway from the noise and crowds of people. If you’re renting in Palmetto bay and planning to rent a car I recommend a van or truck since the road to get there is beginning to be paved.
