Home was clean, lots of towels, hot tub was a hit, plenty of bath tissue and travel size toiletries, didn’t have to do much cleanup before we left. Perfect size for our 4-family group of 13!

The ceiling fans were helpful. The home was great for our family gathering. Nice location.

Had a great trip first week of Feb. Townhouse layout is perfect for multiple couples or in our case four guys looking for their own bedrooms. Place was very clean and well stocked. Private hot tub is great, but also very close walk to community pool and tub. Location is perfect to ski multiple area resorts and close to a great selection of restaurants and grocery stores. Have stayed in several Townhouses/condos in the area and this is one of the best. Strongly recommend and can't wait to go back.

There were 5 ladies staying in this home for the weekend of shopping and fun. It was perfect. The house was in a great location. It was clean. The kitchen had enough room for everyone to help out. It's close to the outlet mall and Park City. We would defiantly stay here again.

For our group, the upstairs family/kitchen area were smaller than we were expecting. The bedrooms were great, and the beds too.

Some problems with property were immediately addressed by the local crew. That was great. Size of property was great and accommodated 8 adults and 2 kids very well.

Great summer retreat for our leadership team. Loved the clubhouse area.

The amenities page shows no AC, I didn't realize this when I booked (my fault), but I did ask multiple times when speaking with the booking agent if it had AC and was told yes. The house wasn't very clean when we got there. We had to sweep and wipe down the counters when we got there. Vacasa did offer a refund for cleaning. Mark, the property manager guy was great! The place was great aside from what I mentioned above. We had 12 people staying there and there was plenty of room. It is close to the pool as well.
Manager response:
We apologize if this guest was misinformed about the air conditioning - at this time there is none in the home. We also apologize the home was not better cleaned prior to guest arrival. There is a new property manager for the home that has promised to oversee housekeeping to ensure it is done well. Thank you!

Overall, home was pretty good. The upstairs three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were nice and adequate. The layout is good. We had a large group and were using all the beds including pull outs in the house. The lower level bedroom bunk beds were really squeaky when anyone moved so they weren't very useful. The futon frame was awful so they ended up moving the mattress to the floor. The pull out couch mattress was horrible so they just slept on the couch. We didn't have enough sheets for all the pull out beds and there were many burnt out lights though they came over right away and addressed both of those issues so the service was good.

A number of other little things were disappointing given the cost for the place. There weren't many coffee mugs considering the size and amount of people there. We couldn't find coasters and not enough silverware, garbage bags or dish towels. The bath towels, bedding and linens needed updating including the pillows.. Carpet needs cleaning. Overall it seems like someone needs to pay some attention to the place and do some updating of all these items.

It was nice to have the garage and the location was fine in Bear Hollow.
Manager response:
The Property Manager has fixed the lights and taken care of the linens. All concerns listed have been inspected and we believe our guests will be happy staying here.

This was a great rental property that offered great views and comfort. They really did provide EVERYTHING! Other reviewers complained of heating issues and the basement was cold but I think that is to be somewhat expected in a home in the mountains in the winter. There is a fire place and one of the closets had an electric heater if it is needed. They also provided lots of blankets and we were fine. If you have a baby, this home has everything you will need to keep your baby safe and comfortable. (high chair, crib and baby gates) There were a few things that could have been better, the house wasn't very clean. There were crumbs on the counters when we got there and because I have an 11 month old I needed the floors to be spotless and I had to sweep them when we first got in. You could also see that under the couches hadn't been cleaned for months. Not that any of that really matters, all of the important cleaning was fine (bedding and bathrooms were very clean) but when your paying $225 dollars for a cleaning fee I was kind of expecting the floors to be mopped. They need to restock the towels in the kitchen there was only one wash cloth (not even a dishrag) and one hand towel. It worked fine for how long we were there though. The last thing we were kind of disappointed in was the hot tub. It was more of a slightly warm tub. I think the cover is the wrong size and let's all the heat out. We checked the temperature setting and it was on as high as it could go but was just warm. We probably should have called them to check it out but we didn't have much time to use it. I was a selling point for us on this rental and we were still disappointed. The wifi quit working the last night we were there right before we went to bed and we left the next morning and forgot it wasn't working. They had steps to get it working again but we were leaving so we didn't bother. Overall we would definitely stay here again! I'm sure the issues we had aren't a constant thing and others won't even have those problems. It was really great and we had an awesome time.

It was a nice place

The property on Luge lane was great. We had almost everything we needed for our week ski vacation. When we found out the pullout sofa bed was missing linens Vacasa was able to bring us a set the next day. The upstairs dvd player was not working but we were able to hook up a laptop to the TV so it wasn't a big deal. There was not enough toilet paper for the week for 11 people. The walk down to the bus stop was on a fairly steep hill which wasn't a big deal except when it was icy. The positives were outweighed by those few negatives I've listed. Lots of room for the 11 people that stayed. Great rental!

I stayed here with my family during the Christmas holiday. My husband and I have a 2 bedroom condo in Park City, but we needed a larger space for our family. This house fit 11 adults in its common areas comfortably, which was a plus for us. However, the house was not well maintained and was dirty. All of the couches that are shown in the pictures are stained. No proper linens were provided for the pullout couches/futon downstairs. The house would not stay warm and we had to go out and get space heaters for some of the bedrooms. All of the dishes were covered in a bit of grime and we had to re-wash them before use. The stairs coming up to the front door were icy and not properly cleaned for snow and ice and caused them to be very slippery. Vacasa was too cheap to even provide hand soap in all the bathrooms. The soaps and tissue boxes looked 10 years old and were very beat up. I would not recommend this rental.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review. We apologize that housekeeping did not have the home properly cleaned, stocked, and prepared for your stay; the Property Manager has been made aware so that housekeeping can receive the proper follow-up. The Property Manager will also check the heating for the home to make sure it is staying at a comfortable temperature. We hope you found the home spacious enough for your group!

Very nice townhouse that was spacious, modern and in a great location. Nice to have the 3rd parking space for a large group. the Vacasa folks were great and made the process simple - even sent us an email proactively letting me know we could enter the property early.

We had a great time at this place. We had a big group there on a ski trip. Very short drive to Canyons and Park City Resort. There is also a free bus right outside the community that will take you to both. The house was clean and in good condition. We had some minor issues with the hot tub but were still able to use and enjoy it. I recommend this property and would definitely use this house again.
Manager response:
Thank you for this great review. We are glad that you enjoyed the home and closeness to the resort.

My son suggested we make some family "memories" by renting a house this year so we could all stay together instead of traveling back & forth from hotel to house as several of us live out of State. Great suggestion, everyone had a wonderful time, plenty of bed space. The hot tub was a huge hit and not sure who enjoyed it more the kids or the adults! We were able to wake up & all have breakfast together & just spend the day enjoying each others company. Neighborhood was great for taking walks, shopping was close by as well as theaters, the best bowling alley ever (jupiterbowl). Complete success & wonderful memories were made.
