Such a comfortable and roomy place to stay. A beach decor was dominant throughout. Very well done! Having Netflix was a bonus. The WiFi enabled us to monitor our business from a distance. The property manager was pleasant and welcoming. We highly recommend this place.
The proximity to the beach and shops was great. The inside was delightful and very well kept. Loved the amenities.
The location is exactly as seen, just perfect. Quiet and nice. All you need for your stay. Close to all major activity and 5 min drive to the beach. Looking forward coming back during summer time.
The property was clean conveniently located, and the people around the area are some of the nicest I've ever met. We love our existence...thanks
Great vacation home! Very clean with lots of storage space ! Large and functional kitchen with all amenities you could possibly need! Close to many beaches in wells ans Ogunquit. And beds are very comfortable. We really appreciated the pullout bed for our little ones !
The only down side is that the air conditioner is a little loud ! Please provide more than one roll of toilet paper for a week long stay!!
We will be back for sure !!
Did we enjoy our stay? Yes. Could it have been better? Definitely yes. This property is a cute little place, very clean and comfortable for 4. It has all of the amenities of home, with some nice touches that had us exclaiming, "oh nice, they do have this!".
However, some big cons will probably not have us staying here again: 1) Parking is AWFUL. You're only allowed one spot and they're VERY strict about it, we had to jump through many hoops to figure our the second car. I wish they had clearly stated that in the description. 2) The walls/ceilings are VERY, VERY thin. We were on the lower, 2nd floor and could hear EVERYTHING from the folks upstairs, talking, walking, pulling out chairs, dropping things sounded like walls getting hammered - that made it almost impossible to sleep.
Also, the whole process was quite confusing - booked through VRBO, but unit is managed by Vacasa and then the condo association is another company entirely - had to fill out paperwork 3 times! When we had questions, we needed to reach out to multiple contacts to get the runaround.
We are sorry to see parking was so stressful for our guest; this is controlled by the HOA. Guests are welcome to call if neighbors are being disrespectful, especially during quiet hours, so we can assist them. Thanks!
Nice apartment, plenty of room for 3 people. Wish I'd rented the upstairs though, since we had very heavy footed neighbors with a rambunctious toddler. Area rugs would've helped. The air conditioner unit in the bedroom .... you need a master degree to figure out, and when it was running, it was super noisy. Next time we'll stay farther away from the Route 1 perpetual Oquinquit traffic jam (which Trip Advisor never ever mentions).
Great Little place to stay! Very well kept and looks brand new!
