This lovely, bright townhouse is in a convenient location in West Beach, which allows excellent access to the beach. 1361 Fairway Oaks Villa has a reverse floor plan, with three bedrooms on the first floor with two Queens and two twins. Each bedroom has a TV and the living area also has a fourth TV. The master suite has a private bath while the other two bedrooms have a Jack and Jill. Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers. This villa also has free WiFi, so it is easy to stay connected. Enjoy the beautiful lagoon view from the deck or take a short walk to the beach (about 225 yards). There is parking for two cars, and the family dog is welcome for a small nightly fee.
This non-smoking vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, a DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.

The villa was clean, roomy with everything needed. Great view of a lagoon with a resident heron and merganser. Just a little short on toiletries. Construction nearby caused confusion getting to the unit and the beach.
We've been taking most of our vacations--often several times a year--to Kiawah over the past 30 years. We've stayed in most every kind of abode on Kiawah as well as a number of private homes, but this unit was a surprise to us.
The floor plan was very interesting, with the three bedrooms and 2 full baths downstairs, the kitchen, living room, and half bath upstairs.
The unit was very well equipped, including walk-in closets, great kitchen gear, laundry, and cleaning gear. The unit would serve a sizable gathering for meals, with seating for at least 12.
The walk to the beach was short and it was not very far from the front gate.
On this trip, worked in seminars and our anniversary, but next time we may well bring family.
We liked the close proximity of the property to Freshfields shopping area and the beach. Had a deer family in the yard daily. Checking in and out went smoothly. Pleasantly surprised that the bedrooms were on the first floor and living area was on the top floor. We will be staying here again!
We had a good experience at the Fairway Oaks townhome. The property had plenty of room for us and our pets. Quiet community and close walk to the beach. The TVs/electronics could use updating, but that is a minor issue seeing we spent most of our day outside. I would recommend this property, especially if you have a pet.
Vacation was very nice. A little rainy but we made the best of it. Kiawah area very nice with lots of neat shops and great restaurants."
We enjoyed our stay at Kiawah Island. The only problem we had innvolved a couple of squirrels in the tall pine tree right in front of the balcony. The were continually dropping the remains of the pine cones all day.
Enjoyed the stay and being with family and friends.

We loved being in the end unit, close to bike racks, the beach and the bridges leading toward the Straw Market. The location was fantastic. The house was clean and well-stocked with pots, pans, glasses, etc. Appreciated the laundry room on the first floor right next to the entry. The one complaint might be that mattresses on beds could use an upgrade.
