Luxurious home w/ dock, pool table, decks, & shared pools-dogs OK!

Listen to the seagulls overhead and watch for passing pelicans and dolphins while relaxing out on the dock and enjoying the refreshing breezes off the ocean! At night, view more stars overhead than you even knew existed. The peaceful calm of this “secret” Seabrook area is a dream come true!

With 4,000 square feet and four comfortable bedrooms, this spacious, open floor plan is perfect for large family gatherings with accommodations for up to 14 lucky guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows and multiple sky lights throughout the home allow in ample natural light, and opening the windows during the summer months welcomes a beautiful breeze into the home!

As you walk through the front door, into the two story foyer, you can see straight through to the back of the home to view the marsh and the ocean. To the left of the front door is a perfect area for children: a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, a double futon sofa, an en suite full bath with a walk-in shower, and a bonus nook with two more twin beds and large sky lights.

Continuing on to the main level, there is elevator access for guests with limited mobility issues, a large laundry room, a half bath, and a fantastic TV/game room with a pool table and a high-top table and chairs, all of which faces the water. There is a large deck off this room that spans the whole back of the home with a porch swing and plenty of additional seating where you can kick back and enjoy the view. There are two more guest bedrooms off the TV area on this main level, each with a double bed and another en-suite bath with a walk-in shower off the bedroom in the back of the home, looking out at the ocean. The deck is also accessible from this room.

Walking upstairs brings you into the large living area, and the king, master suite is just off this room offering more views, sky lights, and a furnished balcony. There is a walk-in closet area that leads to the spacious master bath with a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub.

The spacious, well-equipped kitchen, located opposite the master, has lots of counter space, a wine fridge, a Bosch dishwasher, refrigerator, multiple appliances, and even an indoor grill cooktop! A separate formal dining area with seating for up to 10, is perfect for family meals!

There is ample storage under the house for bikes and kayaks, if you’d like to rent them, and there is also an additional refrigerator to store extras for your large group. You can walk out to the dock from directly under or around the side of the house, and there is an outdoor shower, as well. Walking out the dock to the water, you can put in your kayaks or just sit and enjoy the sun, the view, and visiting wildlife.

This home includes a complimentary Seabrook Island amenity card that gives you access to the Beach Club (with two outdoor pools and a beach area), restaurants, golf, tennis, an equestrian center, and the Lake House (with multiple pools and a fitness center). Some of these amenities do have their own fees associated with them. When you book a reservation with us, we send you the information on how to obtain the Amenity Card, as it is obtained directly through Seabrook Island.

As this home is available year-round, you'll find plenty to do both inside and outside, even when the weather isn't cooperating. Downtown Charleston is only 24 miles up the coast where you'll find phenomenal restaurants, shops, museums, and galleries.

We truly enjoyed our five night stay. The home is impeccable, well appointed and even has an elevator in it. It is really spacious and filled with sky lights every where. Large windows overlooking the marsh, the canal and the ocean. We saw dolphins playing in the river. We went deep sea fishing, had a trip to Charleston's museum during. a rainy day, and the well appointed kitchen was terrific. Comfortable and elegant. Would like to return again. Monique

We loved the area, we loved the amenities of the pools and the easy access to the beach. The house was large and easily accommodated our entire family.

We really enjoyed our time at this property.
The home was spacious, the views of the ocean, marshes and wildlife were wonderful.
Seabrook Island is a beautiful venue. We were 45 minutes from downtown Charleston, but found most everything we needed within a few minutes of the property.
We were on Spring break with our son, daughter in law and granddaughter. We went to the pools, the beach(all in Seabrook). There is also biking, horseback riding, etc in the area. A great time and we recommend the property.

Big, bright beautiful home which works well for a group. Well equipped kitchen with ample serving pieces for parties and meals. Seabrook Island offers something for everyone from golf, horseback riding, beach walks, shopping and many opportunities for sightseeing in nearby locations. Great vacation spot!

We loved the house.. technically it is oceanfront, but we thought it was out the back door and didn’t have to drive a mile to get Beach access, however, we enjoyed the fishing off of the pier in the evenings. The view was Amazing! To have marsh and ocean view was a plus! There is a raccoon which lingers around in the late nights, lol.. Overall, we loved the community and enjoyed the house, beach, fishing, and tennis!

Our family reunion at 3047 Marshgate was lovely. If you want to fish, kayak and SUP, this is THE PLACE TO BE! Gorgeous views and easy creek exploration except at low tide. There is no direct access from upper floors to the rear of the house, so that is good to know ahead of time. There were some maintenance issues while we were there, but generally addressed in a timely manner. Ceiling on both floors leaks in a heavy rain. Deck needs some work. Kitchen is well equipped. Generally, a good price for a nice size basic beach home...nothing fancy, but price was well aligned. It is a haul to the beach with no super easy access, FYI, but if you are aware of that, then it's no surprise. We are creek rats, so were just fine with that minor inconvenience. We were told various things about being able to dock a motor boat at this home. In case you are wondering-no you cannot! The creek is empty under the dock at low tide and Seabrook will not allow you to tow a boat onto the island.

Views from house were great. Spent time on dock. Note that at low tide that dock is on sandy mud. Water about 7 ft away. So cannot tie boat to dock if you plan on boat. Amenity cards are a must. Beach was good sandy beach.

Our family(4 couples)spent the week between Christmas and New Year at this beautiful Seabrook Island home. We spent most of the week playing pool and other games, riding bikes, walking on the beach, and watching football. The island is beautiful, and close enough to Charleston that we were able to enjoy a couple of meals at our favorite Charleston restaurants. The large well-stocked kitchen and dining room made it easy to prepare and serve meals for a large group. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property!

The house provided the prefect setting for a getaway with family and friends. There was plenty of space for everyone and the location was just what we wanted for kayaking and dolphin viewing."

This house is a wonderful place to stay. The views were better than expected, gorgeous marsh, creek and ultimately Atlantic ocean view. (helps to look at map/google earth to see the direction and understand the low tide vs high tide views). The house is nice and open, light and airy (not cluttered with coastal knick knacks). The kitchen is great and very well supplied. The house needs a few updates yet it is still a great house. The only awkward part is the way too big table on the deck outside the kitchen; makes sitting out on the deck watching the view difficult because the table is way too big for that space. The deck of the MBR is good and doesn't get the blast of sun the other deck does. Also you have to walk outside the front door,, to then walk along the side of the house to get to the marsh deck and dock. We rented bikes, biked to the beach every day, walked the beach, and biked again in the afternoon. We could have also walked to the beach, though a longer walk then some would prefer (and not necessarily conducive to carrying beach stuff). If someone wants quick beach access like at other [crowded & noisy] beaches, then this location might not be ideal. We loved it because Seabrook is quite, peaceful, no commercialism, and biking is very very easy (cars are very respectful and at least for us, always gave us the right of way). Also lots of adorable deer that were a great part of the ambience.

We had a fantastic time. The location was super--overlooking the ocean. Our kids really enjoyed the pool table. There were 10 of us and we enjoyed the dining room which seated 10. Overall it was such a good experience that we are considering booking this for next year. The balconies were great. Property had just been updated so was clean.
