Our first time with ski passes, we booked this condo for a shake down trip. This could be our go to condo. Its dated but well cared for. The layout is perfect. The furnishings very nice, and the bed comfortable. The location was perfect, within walking of Snowflake lift, but secluded, surrounded by trees. It is steps to the hot tub. You can hear voices from the hot tub but guests spoke softly and everyone was done early. We found it to be quiet. It was close to the front door and parking was great.

We booked this condo for an anniversary weekend in the mountains. We wanted to be close enough to town without needing to drive. This place hit the mark. It is small, but more than enough space for our needs. The first floor walkout patio was an amazing option with our dog in tow.

left message for owner that was never returned. FINALLY got VRBO person to talk with owner on their side and was told (after booking) that even though states sleeps 4, you are only allowed one single vehicle and "there should be plenty of room in one vehicle for 2 couples and their luggage". We also had our dog. Dirty towel and single sock under bed (not ours). Kitchen counter not clean, dry hard food on it. Also note, IF you need to contact Vacasa, "forgetaboutit". You sit on hold for over 30 minutes (I finally hung up) and tried 3 separate days with same result. No "all clients are busy, wait time expected to be x minutes" or "please leave a message and your call will be returned in the order it was received." Toilet outdated and really should be replaced for safety. Not enough towels left for 4 people.

We apologize for the cleanliness issues this guest encountered. We are working on retraining our staff to be more diligent on catching things like items under beds. Unfortunately, the parking for this unit will not change and is specifically listed as having only one space available. The property is well stocked with towels, and there is a laundry facility on-site if guests want to freshen them up during their time here. We apologize for the busy phone lines during this guest's stay.

Being right in the middle of most everything Breck has to offer but yet a nice bit of seclusion with Sawmill creek running right behind the complex. Our unit was nicely appointed with a comfortable king size bed and well stocked kitchen. Ground floor made it nice and easy for us to be able to relax and step right out onto the back patio and green area. Great stay will certainly be back.
