Condo 307 is extremely outdated. The furniture looks extremely old and lack of care. Stains on bathroom sink. The condo smelled from the moment we arrived. For the money being charged, the owner really needs to update everything in the condo. It's in a great location in Breck but is not worth the money. I would rather get a nicer condo for the money and be further away. Do not recommend.

I loved that the kitchen was fully equipped! It made it all so easy for us to cook and eat healthy while on our small vacation! We did not lack anything, nor did we have to play hide-and-seek for things! The home held the temperature we wanted. The beds were comfy. The shower pressure was perfect! The location was even better!

The condo was handy to skiing and the town. The condo was smaller than I anticipated but it worked out.

This room had nothing to love, very dirty, soiled bed and lack of clean linens.

We appreciate the guests feedback. The unit was cleaned and inspected before the guests arrival. There are extra linens for the bed and sofa sleeper located in the closet. The Local Manager will be in contact with the housekeeping staff to make sure that any issues are taken care of. We encourage guests to reach out during their stay so that we can fix any issues ASAP.

I’m rating it 4 but really it is a 3+. The location was great. It was peaceful and generally what was shown in the pictures. However, we were issued 2 parking passes and the lot was full. We counted 36 units and 31 parking spots. Your lucky to get one spot, don’t count on two. Also, the hot tub was locked. The book refered is to the front desk (always closed) and a sign there refered us to the hot tub, no code at the hot tub. For the rental price the building and unit could use some updating but like I said the location is great and accepting of pets. We’d consider staying there again.

We double checked the hot tub codes we provide our guests is accurate and apologize for any incorrect information this guest received. There is adequate parking for the number of units, and we apologize if the HOA was not better managing any units abusing the spaces.
