The space is small and charming. Excellent for one or two people. Close to shopping neighborhood.

We had a wonderful time in this home -- the perfect size for two people on a long weekend, and the location was unbeatable! Be aware that the parking spot is pretty narrow, but we had no problems with our small car. An amazing getaway all around!

We are a tall couple 6'1, 5'8, and this small space was fine for us. I cooked breakfast every morning and the dining area was adequate, both inside and outside. The shower was fine, though the toilet seemed designed for very small people.

The entire apartment is not a space for tall people or large people. We both needed to duck our heads coming down the stairs to the loft.

Our biggest complaint had to do with the video. There were no instructions and three remotes. OK, I may be an idiot, but it took me two nights to figure how to make the tv work. A brief instruction sheet would have been infinitely useful. I did receive an email of instructions from the owner but it came the day after we checked out.

There were no other instructions. No restaurant recommendations or delivery options. No welcome basket. It felt like a cheap date.

Overall it was a good rental. It could use a little more support, however.

Location is so convenient and some of the amenities are really top notch. Memory foam mattress was very comfortable. Unfortunately the bed is crammed against the wall and making it and getting in and out are problematic. The loft was our favorite hangout place. Tv and Apple TV were nice, as was the heater. Good quality stuff for sure. Downstairs is pretty tight . Was hoping to cook some meals in house but the kitchen isn’t really conducive for cooking... just heating up food. Microwave and two burners but no oven. No toaster oven... no space for one. This was probably the biggest disappointment. The bathroom is also tiny and showing wear... can’t really stand up fully and shower. We were there off season and our nightly rate was only $54, so can’t complain too much but saw that it went to around $400 per night in season and there is no way we would have been ok with that. Also the Kuerig coffee maker while makes a good cup of coffee, it takes up most of the precious counter space and is ultra expensive and creates a ton of plastic waste. A simple coffee maker would be more practical.
