Pool and BBQs open as of 3/6/19. Landscaping continues around the resort through the month of March.

*Major elevator repairs will be taking place on the elevator in the “A” building from July 8th through July 12th. The elevator in the “B” building will be worked on from July 15th through July 19th. During these dates, the elevator being worked on will be completely shut down. The elevator company will try their best to leave the elevators operational at the end of each workday, but they cannot guarantee it.

*Beginning on July 15th, spalling repairs (places where the weather has caused visible damage to the building) and painting will begin on Building “A”. When Building “A” is finished they will start on Building “B”. The entire project will take approximately 4 months. When the painting is completed, new carpeting will be installed on the exterior walkways on each floor. The painting project should have minimal impact on owners and guests.

Though there seems to be no air conditioner (I didn’t see one), the sea wind is cool in the evening, so you may not need AC. You can also enjoy the ocean view at the balcony.

Loved the view. However, lack of air conditioning, no convenient beach access, and intrusion of the ambient noise from surrounding apartments a negative. Probably will not stay in this location again.
Manager response:
Unfortunately, the beach access has been blocked off due to beach erosion in front of the resort and construction will begin in August. There is a public beach access entryway approximately 1/4 mile down the road. The pool is located on the beach front to enjoy.
