We really enjoyed the quiet setting of this home. The windows all around the open living area made the place bright and airy. The bedrooms and baths were nice. The kitchen is perfect. And we had breakfast on the deck in the sun both mornings. It's really close to Port Orford, Cape Blanco, and all the other beautiful places in the area. The house is very clean and in great condition.

lovely comfortable house. Beautiful big windows and a great deck looking out into the forest. Surrounded by trees, but in a clearing that provided both good protection and great sun. private. loved our stay.

I loved the cabin, and the area. The river was beautiful. Close enough to everything and just far enough away. Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Thank you so much for the attention to detail.

The house was great, the only thing that I saw that needed improving is the addition of a landline phone. Had absolutely no cell service there, had an issue with a tree falling across the driveway. I think a limited use phone along with emergency #'s for any such events should be at this home due to it's remote location. Other than that I wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

What an awesome private place, we loved it and our Labs had so much fun in the river which was just about a 1 minute drive to a great spot! We'll definitely be back! 😀

Beautiful setting in the trees from the moment you turn into the driveway. The house is functional and clean and well supplied. It is our favorite place near Port Orford and we will definitely return here!

This is a lovely small house a little outside of town and without neighbors close by, perfect for some peace and quiet. It is clean, comfortable and surrounded by gorgeous woods. The attached deck is perfect for sunbathing and outdoor dining. With the Sixes recreation area nearby, you have plenty of access to the river, oceans beaches are a short drive, and groceries are available in Port Orford or the towns beyond. We had a great time relaxing here.
