This condo is at the perfect spot. You're steps from the mountain and the Sitz. Absolutely wonderful. BUT the walls are extremely thin, so if you want to sleep in, be prepared to be woken up by yelling and running children inside the building at 7 am.

This unit is in a very old building with very thin walls. The years have not treated it kindly. There is mold in the window sills and the carpet is totally trashed. If you are just looking for a great location as close as possible to the chair lift and place to flop after a days skiing you are literally a 1 minute walk from the Sitzmark. If you would like to relax in a clean and comfortable condo, this is not it. It is very very noisy and there is one small window sheds very little light into the unit. There is no egress from the bedroom. The local folks are fantastic though. It just depends on what you are looking for if this is the place for you.

Hi Kim, We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the inconveniences faced during your stay. Our Housekeeping staff has since been talked to and the window sills have been thoroughly cleaned. The unit has two egress points, one being in front of the door and the the being the rear door that leads into the common area of the condos; from there there are several more egress locations. We apologize about the noise as these units are mountain side and during the New Years time experience more traffic.
