*Major elevator repairs will be taking place on the elevator in Building A from July 8 through July 12. The elevator in Building B will be worked on from July 15 through July 19. During these dates, the elevator being worked on will be completely shut down. The elevator company will try their best to leave the elevators operational at the end of each work day, but they cannot guarantee it.

*Beginning on July 15, spalling repairs (places where weather has caused visible damage to the building) and painting will begin on Building A. When Building A is finished, they will start on Building B. The entire project will take approximately four months. When the painting is completed, new carpeting will be installed on the exterior walkways on each floor. The painting project should have minimal impact on owners and guests.

Hololani 602A was a great fit for our week long Maui vacation. The unit is well equipped and had stunning views of ocean and Molokai. We liked the easy access into Lahaina, the walking path at Kaanapali and the beaches to the North (Napili, Kapalua etc). Hololani has easy parking and there is quick access to condo via elevator.

Loved the condo, the ocean front views, whales, Spinner dolphins, restaurants including local restaurants and local markets as many more!
