I was specifically looking for a condo to rent with no stairs for my elderly travel companion. We were both thrilled with Pali Ke Kua! It's a lovely community in Princeville, within walking distance to 3 beaches, 3-4 restaurants, and the local market/shops. The condo was easily accessible by gradually sloping sidewalks with NO stairs. It was quiet, too. We loved our accommodations, and the neighborhood itself. A truly lovely part of Princeville! The Pali Ke Kua resident beach is worth the streneous walk down and back up again...I spent an afternoon enjoying that tranquil little cove. We will stay here again if ever we return to Kauai. Highly recommend!
