Second year staying at this gorgeous, peaceful condo. The views are amazing. Feels off the path, but Foodland and restaurants are easily accessible. It's a quick jaunt to Hanalei or Anini Beach. Lisa Downer is helpful and welcoming. Outstanding!

Had a great time at our rental unit. Unit has everything you could need and more, and the trade winds really cool the unit down. Unit is well equipped. The hosts were very responsive. We really enjoyed the north side of the island.

Lovely ovean view. Front row seat the days the North Shore had the unusually high surf. Found the Island warmer and more humid than expected for this time of year, so really missed having a/c! The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals. We really enjoyed and appreciated the delivery of additional lanai furniture! Only drawbacks...would have appreciated a coffee grinder, really missed not having any towel bars or rings in bathrooms. We did have the misfortune of renting when the parking lots were being repaved (moving car to different locations on assigned days, the noise of the equipment during the days) and also had 2 baths and a kitchen renovation below us. Demo days very noisy and our water was off on 2 occasions, but the gentlemen on the job were very apologetic and kept us informed and gave lead time before shutting water off. We even found avocados from them on the doorstep one morning. ( Say Aloha to Chad and his coworker!) All in all, we still enjoyed the beauty of Princeville and Kaua
