Max occupancy: 7 2 King Bed, 3 Twin Bed 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms No pets
5-5085 Kuhio HWY, Hanalei, HI 96714

Hanalei waterfalls & mountain views, free WiFi, A/C in the bedrooms

This two-story house has air conditioning in all of the bedrooms - a rare feature among homes in Hanalei. Each suite is designed with full privacy in mind and has a private bathroom. Heading up the Kauaian Kamani paneled staircase to the second floor you'll find views from the dining room, the cozy living room, and the fabulous Ipe lanai. Also on the second floor is the third A/C bedroom with three twin beds that can be used for the keikis or converted to another king bed. Amenities include TV's, DVD player, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, lanai with mountain views, BBQ, ceiling fans, free WiFi, and much more!

There's a shower room and a full stainless steel, fully equipped kitchen upstairs as well. We believe the preparation of meals is a major part of the vacation rental experience and want yours to be fun, easy and memorable.

We've used the local jungle fowl, the Mo'a (and the ever-present yet never the same Kauai Rooster) as inspiration for the colors in our new house. Nature is bold and amazing, so we decided to give in to the power! Our cock's comb red floors are dazzling and inspirational while the dark wood trim and tropical wood accents and natural slate bathrooms bring an earthiness to the overall design of the house. We have a reputation for cleanliness and offering everything that you might need in your home in Hanalei.

The exterior is lushly landscaped and framed for privacy. Although we are on the main road through Hanalei, once you enter the Hanalei Waterfall House gate you are transported to another dimension. There is a small guest house on the property where the owners stay when on-island. Each house has a separate entrance. Hanalei is many things to many people - it's the surf of famous Hanalei Bay, moments away from this home situated at the start of Hanalei town. People come from around the globe to see the endangered Hawaiian goose, the Nene, fly freely overhead. Many species of birds, including the endangered and endemic, can be seen from the lanai.

* Please note: this home is currently for sale, however a 48-hour request notice will be given to guests for showings.

A very comfortable and well appointed home, was sparkling clean which was fantastic. Walk to beach about 7-10 minutes, 5-10 minute walk to shops, food trucks, restaurants and grocery store. Located on highway, so some traffic noise, more noticeable at night but certainly didn't impact sleeping (even with windows open). On property shared driveway with another house, but still very private. Beds are relatively comfortable (quite soft). Kitchen is spacious and has all the essentials for making simple meals. Has beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys. Nice views of the mountain and waterfalls from kitchen table and lanai. Very relaxing and beautiful place!

We loved the house and location! 6 adults stayed very comfortably in this house, and we loved having our own bathrooms for each couple. The house is fully stocked with all you’ll need for cooking, lounging and beach trips! We made use of all of the beach gear, and outdoor shower/foot rinse area! We were thankful to be only a 10 minute walk from the beach, and even less to all of the great food spots around town. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a very enjoyable time at Waterfalls. We would recommend staying here if you want to experience the town of Hanalei. Too bad we had only 3 nights here. Thanks to the management.

Great vibe, everything provided, extraordinary attention to detail! Even flashlights were available when we lost power. The pictures didn’t do it justice.

We loved the view of the mountains, and waterfalls which would expand and contract with the rain. The gardens are lovely with orchids, banana trees, and other lush foliage, providing privacy. The house is beautiful with tropical colors and open windows lining the living spaces. The kitchen is well stocked with multiple pans, utensils, plates and glasses. Olive oil and vinegar were provided. Being able to walk to shops, restaurants and the beach was terrific for us. My husband and I are grandparents and vacationed with our children and grandchildren.

Location. This place is right at the beginning of Hanalei Bay. As all the convenience necessary. Beautiful home. 10 minute walk from the beach and right next to the main street for stores and kayaking/ paddle board/ surf rentals. There is also an extra pull out bed under the king bed that is not mentioned in the description in the master bedroom with the door that as access to the front lanai. The view from top lanai is of mountains and waterfalls and sitting out there is very peaceful when traffic is not at its peak. Reviews about traffic noise are correct. You will hear it. But this home is still an excellent rental.

Super well-maintained home with lovely finishings and all the amenities you will need. Kitchen stocked with all utensils and appliances. 2 spacious master suites and great room for kids upstairs. A lot nicer than it looked in the photos and located right in the center of everything. Perfect stay and highly recommend this place.

This two-level home is off the main drag in Hanalei — across from shops and food trucks. It’s a lovely quiet spot in this sleepy north shore town. The second-floor lanai has a spectacular view of the mountains. You can get to the beach in 10 or 15 minutes by foot. Great restaurants and bars — including Tahiti Nui — are just a quick walk. A great spot and a great stay. No complaints whatsoever.
