we loved staying at Princeville. So gorgeous, the views from Pali Ke Kua are gorgeous and so close to the former St. Regis.

The ocean cliff views are stunning. There are several nene geese families (and other birds) that seem to be permanent residents. The complex was very quiet during our stay (early February).

The location in Princeville is very convenient. The view of the Pacific is gorgeous from the dining area, living room, and the lanai, where you can watch the humpbacks feed! A short walk in the front yard takes you to the cliffs overlooking the Pacific.

Just finished a one week stay at Pali Ke Kua. Perfect location if you want to stroll down to the beach, surf, watch beautiful sunsets. This unit is tucked back in behind some of the others. It still has a decent ocean view, but if that’s important to you than you might want to aim for one of the units closer to the bluff. Easy access to Princeville - groceries, a few spots to eat, yoga. A bit further to Hanalei - but still pretty convenient with a car. The unit has a nice open layout, everything you need for making dinners in or beach days out. I had a few things I needed some assistance with and the property managers responded immediately and rectified everything. Great place - would absolutelybook it again!
