I booked Westlake Wonder for a work trip that I brought my husband and 19 month daughter along for. Location was great- 8 minute Lyft to South Lake Union and downtown. Spectacular view from master bedroom and kitchen area, as well as kids toys that kept my toddler busy the whole time. Would easily stay there again.

This is a nicely updated home with an great view. I would love to visit in the summer and just sit on the patio watching the seaplanes come in and out. The beds are also very comfortable. And the location is great. 10 minutes to everywhere we wanted to go.

A couple of things to note, but may not be deal breakers. There is only one TV, and it's in the master bedroom. With a sofa, but in the master none the less. Also the parking is rough. We had a minivan and it was really a bit too large for the driveway. And the street parking is impossible.

Finally, the kitchen is beautiful but a bit uninviting. We were supplied with only two dishwasher pods and two garbage bags for four nights. And as a previous review noted, there is not much in the way of spices and such. The things we enjoy when renting a house vs. being in a hotel/condo. This seems like a newer rental, so hopefully that will get better with time as things get donated to the house.

The house has a great view but that's were it ends. The house is not set up as a home but as a rental. Only 8 glasses in the whole house, nothing at all in the kitchen not even salt & pepper. Doors & pictures not hung, just a poor effort in general. The kicker is we had 4 days of 92 degrees with all the 1st floor windows painted shut and no screens on 2nd bedroom and bathroom up stairs so you got your choice of unbearable heat or bugs all over you at night. I have rented many homes and you should at least have some water in the fridge when your guests arrive.
Manager response:
We apologize if our guest's stay was less than perfect. The maximum occupancy for this home is six, so we do feel eight glasses is sufficient at this time. Unfortunately, Seattle is experiencing higher than normal temperatures. We will chat with the owner and recommend a look at the windows. Thanks!
