Dog-friendly, cozy condo close to Giant Steps Lift, perfect for a family!

Celebrate your patriotism with this quirky, dog-friendly Brian Head vacation rental.

Located right across from Giant Steps ski lift, in the Aspens Complex, this charming condo will get you psyched up and ready for action!

This one-bedroom with a nook, one-bathroom condo celebrates America simply and with great pride: the decor is exclusively red, white, and blue themed. Four guests will be perfectly comfortable here, and you can even bring your dogs with you.

Sit back in the plush La-Z-boys in front of the TV equipped with a DVD player for movie nights (might I suggest Independence Day or the Patriot?). Turn up the fireplace for warmth or mood lighting, crack open a beverage of your choice, and laugh with your friends and/or family. Use the free WiFi available to upload all the pictures you take and be the envy of all of your friends back home!

The full kitchen is ready to serve with updated white appliances, white cabinets and counters, and all the necessary tools to make yourself at home, including a coffee maker and a microwave. Enjoy the accents of red doorknobs on all the cabinet doors, and red and blue checkered towels.

Four people will sleep comfortably in these two rooms - one with bunk beds and one with a queen bed decked out in a fabulous patriotic quilt. Even the bathroom wears the American colors and has a closed-off shower/toilet room so two people can use the bathroom at any time.

Brian Head is an outdoor enthusiast's dream, and what better way to enjoy all American recreation than to enjoy one of the best ATV terrains in Utah? You can even drive your ATV to town, as they are allowed on specific trails in the town of Brian Head. Enjoy the ATV rally in the summertime, when riders gather to laugh, socialize, and enjoy endless trails made with them in mind.

Visit the Brian Head Resort in the summertime for a scenic chairlift ride, disc golf, and zip-lining.

Let your freedom ring here in this Southern Utah vacation rental, and enjoy a home that wears its country's colors with pride.

The condo was spotless and fully outfitted with everything you could want - a great place to spend the weekend or a week getting to know Brian Head. Very peaceful and ideal location.

This place is little but charming! It was just what we needed for our family of four - close to the mountain and affordable. The place was clean and well kept. It’s super close to the hill, and we walked over each day. We were happy to give up a big place to a low cost, but still had all the amenities we needed to be comfortable. Would stay again for sure!

We loved the location and how cozy the condo was HOWEVER this condo shares a stairway wall and ceiling/floor with the neighboring condo...loud loud loud. Every time the neighbor door slammed the walls shook along with the dishes in the kitchen cupboards...that isn’t half of the noise when we think of the soccer game/WWF match going on above us through the ceiling. Seriously ridiculous noise problems. We will never reserve this condo again and will not recommend to family and friends. The neighboring condo IS a rental and definitely the guests that are able to reserve have literally no regard for neighbors meaning that management company doesn’t either (VRBO)...not this rentals fault but the walls and ceiling are extremely thin. The owners need to put some money into this condo to deaden the sound. If you are looking for a great location and ZERO rest then book away. We do not recommend and will not be back..very dissatisfied.
Manager response:
Brenda, thank you for your feedback following your stay. We are glad you enjoyed the location and coziness of the condo, however we are very sorry to hear about the issue with the noisy neighbors. Regrettably, those things are out of our control. We have passed your concerns to our local manager who will work with the homeowner to address the noise issues. We hope we can host you for a truly relaxing stay at one of our many properties in the future!

The condo is nicely decorated and warm. The location directly across from Giant Steps was great for skiing. The unit needs some TLC: refrigerator leaks water inside, toilet whistles like a tea pot when refilling, the TVs are TINY, and the DVD player is broken. The condo was cozy for our family of four and we were able to bring along the dog. The condo is reasonably priced.
Manager response:
We are glad to see this guest was cozy in their rental. The fridge, toilet, and DVD player have all been fixed. Thanks!

Great Location and it was nice to be able to bring our dog with us on the trip! It's nice a cozy and the perfect location in the middle of Brian Head. We will definitely be back!

I am very impressed with the level of care and concern I experienced form the local Vacasa representative. Eric was awesome, he drove to his son's house more than 17 miles away in the snow to deliver to us a space heater on Christmas morning. This above and beyond call of duty and he deserves an award for this.

The condo is cute, but the bathroom walls need to be scrubbed down and the sheets were covered in dog and human hair! The rest of the condo was clean and had everything we needed.

The good: Can't beat the price! Great location directly across the street from the Giant Steps lift/lodge area. Unit is exactly as pictured and was very clean. Kitchen is nicely equipped.
Not so good: The bathroom could really use a renovation but everything worked and was clean. The bed wasn't the most comfortable either but adequate.
If you want luxury you'll need to someplace else and pay a whole lot more :-)

This little place was awesome. It looked just like the pictures. Right across the street from the lifts and was very warm and cozy. It was nice having dishes to cook. Little bit of stairs when bringing luggage in but overall awesome.
