Too much to say about this place and not enough time. We come to BH every year and have rented from the large complexes down to the stand alone single units. Pine Tree has it all....ski from your patio to Navajo chair then back in at the end of a day and enjoy a very spacious 2/2 unit with all the amenities. Nightlights for the kids...check. Tons of firewood to top off every evening...check. Fully functional kitchen already loaded with some spices, cooking oil, etc --- and it's a decent enough size that multiple people can be in there at the same time. Excellent lighting (something lacking in most other places) and TONS of natural light through windows...check check! Linens were plentiful and good quality, beds were very comfortable. The layout is really perfect, wide open floor plan with plenty of shelving and dressers/closets/hooks so that you do not have to live for a week with bags and ski clothes all over the floor. Benches and chairs on front and back patio made for a very easy ski boot removal process. Also, so incredibly quiet. Cannot hear other tenants and definitely no road noise.
Internet (cable modem) + wifi was excellent. Had no choice but to do work while away and the connection was top notch, great speeds. Also brought our Roku which operated flawlessly and movies looked great on the large flat screen TV in the living room. There is also a flatscreen in the Master and a VHS equipped unit in the kids bedroom (plus lots of good VHS movies you won't find on Netflix). Other mentions: washer and dryer, jet tub, BBQ, books, games. Kudos to the owners for keeping it so nicely equipped with quality goods and furniture. Really did not feel like a rental. And our thanks to Vacassa as well for providing some additional detergents and bags while we were there.

Can't beat the location! True ski in/ski out condo off of Navajo. The condo is a little old, but the beds and furniture are comfortable and it's well appointed. We had a great stay.

Great unit for 3 guy quick weekend. Plenty of room. Comfortable at the end of the day. Pots & pans need a little updating and heater in guest bath doesn’t work. Other than that, it was a good deal.

We loved the place and how it was right on the slopes. It has everything you need and it was centrally located. We will be back....

It's a home away from home at an excellent ski in/out location. Plenty of kitchen amenities, stackable washer/dry with detergent and dryer sheets provided, bath salts next to the jetted tub and superclean white towels! Comfortable couch and beds. The oven/stove worked great and ample refrigerator size.

My husband and I decided to take our 4 kids to the snow at the last minute in January 2017 so they could learn how to ski. The condo was very comfortable and SO convenient to the slopes! We enjoyed the ability to cook our own meals (eating out every meal for a family of 6 gets pricey!) and loved being able to warm up after a day of skiing and watch movies and play one of the many board games provided. We had a great time and can't wait to return!

Nice and quite. Beautiful landscape having visited at the end of Sept. Fall was in full bloom. It did snow part of the time but it gave us the excuse to stay inside and get cozy by the fire.

Everything from the property to the surrounding geography were amazing for our weekend getaway. I will definitely return for another trip.

For the price you pay I thought it was good. Furnishings, etc are older but still work fine. We stayed during the summer and it was nice.

There's nothing like the convenience of staying in a vacation condo that has all the amenities needed, like a home away from home! The kitchen was stocked with the pots/pans, dishes and utensils. There were plenty of towels and loved that our condo had a stacked washer/dryer with detergent provided.

We enjoyed our time at Pinetree 3A! Could ski over to the Navajo lodge and right near the beginner lift. Comfortable place, enough room for us - pet friendly! We'd stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Pinetree! It is truly ski in/ski out, the slopes are in the backyard! The unit was perfect for five adults, the beds are firm and had plenty of linens. The kitchen had a crockpot, toaster and plenty of pots and pans. We had a great time and are likely to return!

The condo was fantastic, but amazed me most was how organized the whole process was. We received emails updating us on the check-in process, availability of late checkout, and anything else that we enquired about. This was the first time I was able to rent a home with the convenience of a hotel.
