Beautiful and very clean. The only issue I had was we rode our Harley and the gravel driveway was a little challenging. We would go back.
Nice and quiet area could hear the birds chirping in mornings on porch while drinking
We had such a beautiful cabin. The stay was wonderful
Everything was very clean cabin was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool table and Jacuzzi tub very much. I had teenagers with me and did not hear we are bored once! The ONLY downfall to this cabin is no HotTub. The driveway is a little steep but nothing a regular size car or truck cant handle. We zoomed right up it. We had heavy fog at night when we arrived so the drive was a little scary up to the cabin but just a normal mountain drive during the day light. Fully paved. This is a gated community which I was not aware of but we had not issues coming in or getting out of the gates. Guard is on duty from 6p-6a. Thank you so much for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!
Wonderful cabin to spend 3 days in. Very clean, well stocked with cooking/ eating utensils. Wonderful views and inviting decor. Definitely a great stay and will return soon! Thanks
Cabin Fever has a warm relaxing atmosphere. It is well lit and well equipped, with plenty of towels, toiletries, detergent for dishwasher and laundry., and kitchen ware for cooking and eating. The modest island is delightful. Good private space for two couples or a family with children. Be prepared for the steep
uphill gravel driveway, but don’t let it deter you. Three other cabins are visible through the trees when the leaves are off the trees. There are bears in the area - keep your eyes open for a special treat.
I wished the cabin itself was positioned to where you could see the mountains. The porch is facing the hill and the neighbors home. The yard is sloped so it was hard for my flat lander children to run and play. We were not at the cabin long enough got these things to be BIG issues. The cabin was lovely, very clean. We have a family of four, two XLarge adults and two younger kids, home had plenty of room and the pool table and just the room upstairs worked out good for them. Kitchen is well equipped (needs a can opener). Location is great, close to Townsend and Smokey Mountain Park. We ended up just exploring the parks within the Park. But I chose this location because it is close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.....if you're into the city's. We aren't we wanted to enjoy the Mountains themselves. I was going to give Cabin Fever 4 stars because of it's positioning and king size bed is Super Soft, like it was make you sore soft. But still gave it 5 because that could be just someone picking.... The bed wouldn't keep me from staying here again. Vacasa was very easy to deal with, I didn't have to call about any issues, but the check in and check out part went smooth. Got an email with door code went in and that was it. We enjoyed our stay and vacation very much. I wished we could find jobs and move. This was the only vacay that I cried when we left to come home.
This was an awesome place to stay for our race weekend. The only complaint I have is that the driveway is loose gravel and very steep. My car could not make it up the driveway and burned up my clutch (I drive a manual Mini Cooper). So I had to park off the side of the driveway near the bottom of the drive and walk up. I would definitely stay here again, but wished the driveway was paved or blacktop.
The cabin was very spacious, clean, and lots of light and fan switches! Who ever built or designed this cabin must have been an engineer! Comfortable beds! Bonus a pool table! Had a few neighbors, but enough space and trees that you didn't feel you were on top of each other. But if you are wanting total privacy and remote area, this would not be it. Nice location, close to main road in Townsend.
