Of course, Brian Head is not just for winter! When it's not ski season, the resort turns into a haven for mountain bikers and hikers. Fishing fans will want to bring their gear and hit one of the region's reservoirs, lakes, creeks, and rivers, including idyllic Panguitch Lake. Nice!

The location, the layout and the condition of condo.

The cabin was exactly what we needed! A location that we could hop on our snowboards and ride onto a Navajo trail! We were able to easily get to giant steps lodge and back for lunch break at the cabin. It had enough blankets, towels, sheets ect to make it a cozy stay, and the kitchen had all we needed to cook our meals. The humidifier provided was a welcome help to the dry weather! Our dog joined us and had a blast playing with other doggies in the neighboring condos, and we got to meet other vacationers. Thank you for providing a wonderful spot for our family!

Excellent location and accommodations. Will definitely go back

I love the proximity to the runs. You don't have to drive or take the shuttle. You can ski the whole mountain from this condo.

This condo is in a fantastic location for Navajo Lodge skiers. My family and I skied in in the morning and skied out at the end of the day. The condo is a bright and cheery home away from home with a beautiful view and plenty of room. We enjoyed this condo immensely.

clean and easy to find i will come back!

Other then the cleanliness of the kitchen appliances I really enjoyed my stay. Convience factor of the ski lift and being secluded enough to enjoy my stay without feeling like I was in a hotel. Would definitely stay again as long as the cooking supplies were updated or at least cleaned better.

Great cabin that is a true ski in-ski out from the Navajo side of Brianhead ski mountain. Also an easy walk to the Navajo side ski lodge. Fun location, and a cozy cabin feeling. Will definitely stay here again.

It was smaller than it looks in the pictures but the square footage was in the description so no deception. It was nice size for the 7 of us. We would stay there again. We had a great experience with this company. It really is dog friendly.

I loved our stay thoroughly here! Definitely one of the best vacation home.

This was our first time to Brian Head and our kids first time on skis. Snowshoe 3A was a perfect location. The Navajo Lodge at Brian Head is where the ski school is and the condo is literally within walking distance, but driving is recommended for the sake of convenience with gear. The driveway to the condo can be hairy in snowy/muddy conditions but 4wd/chains will take care of that. If you are planning to cook, be sure to do your shopping ahead of time and bring what you need as there is very little to choose from up on the mountain. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Clean and close to the slopes. Big kitchen.

Ski-in / Ski-out close to the bunny slopes, great for children that are learning how to ski, cozy open living area.

Great location. Love the ski in ski out. Road and parking area needs to be plowed more often when heavy snow.

Found this place on VRBO last minute. We booked it the night before we arrived. The entire process from booking to checkout was convenient and speedy. The home was clean and nicely furnished. Had everything we needed. The location was fantastic! Next to the Navajo lift. We also had our golden retriever with us, he loved it! We can't wait to come back!!

Chains are not enough to get to the condo if there is any snow on the road. During our stay, four cars with chains needed to park at the bottom of the road and walk up because they could not get up the hill that had 3 inches of snow on it. The road does not get plowed until it snows at least 6 inches so be prepared .

Warm, rustic, very clean. Close to the slopes!

Plenty of room!

Easy check-in and check-out.

Awesome memories for family vacation!

Great location close to the Navajo lifts. Enjoyed our stay.

This is a great condo! It is located right next to the beginner slope at Navajo - a great place if you have beginners who may need to take breaks and do not want the advanced skiers at giant steps whizzing past them. When Wildflower lift is open it is easy to traverse over to Giant Steps and back. The staff at Navajo lodge are so friendly and helpful. The condo is very comfortable and well stocked. The only negative was a stinky blanket that a previous renter folded and put back in the closet (ewww) and some minor issues that did not hinder our enjoyment of the condo or the resort. We will look to rent in this area again. Also, my adult kids did the 1 1/2 hour tour on snowmobiles and LOVED it!
Janice H. Feb 2016
We enjoyed the cabin because it has large windows, a long balcony, and it's 5 minutes from Navajo ski lodge. I'd definitely come back.

great stay thanks!

Much fun!

Unit 3A at Snowshoe is perfectly located if you want access to the Navajo lifts. We were able to ski in and out easily. The unit was roomy for our party (4 adults, 2 children). However, the condition of the unit was very disappointing. The downstairs twin beds were less comfortable than sleeping on the floor. The cooking utensils were in horrible condition (rusted, flaking non-stick coating). The upstairs shower was not functional for our entire visit so all 6 of us had to use the one available downstairs. Cleaning standards need improvement. For the price we paid, dirty heater vents and pet hair in the carpet were not expected. We did not receive the value for the price paid and would not use this unit when we return to Brian Head.
Manager response:
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us. The Property Manager will inspect the shower, replace any utensils that are unusable, and follow-up with housekeeping regarding the cleanliness. We hope to have another chance to impress you.

Big plus that we could book a place for that night late in the afternoon (we had been let down by an earlier reservation request and when we had to make alternate arrangements, found airbnb and another operator that i can't recall name of woudn't accept a booking for that night, only the following night for that same apartment). Also, excellent customer service from the person who rang us to discuss an issue with our booking.

I might be too picky but when I pack up 5 people and unpack I do not want to have to clean first. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

I've rented in the Brian head area many, many times over the years. We have ALWAYS chosen stand alone Cabins for our housing. This was my first "condo experience". This condo does a spectacular job at making you feel like you've got your own little place. With two stories, cabin decor, and a wood burning fireplace, you really don't feel like you're in a cramped condo. The unit only shares one wall with the neighboring unit and we never had a clue that anyone was there. This place is a great value for small groups or families.

This is our first experience renting a condo through Vacasa rental properties. Everything went beautifully. When we arrived the condo was ready, beautiful and clean! The instructions were easy to follow and worked beautifully! When I made a call to the management team concerned about driving out from the condo due to the heavy snowfall, a snowplow came along and made sure that the road was cleared for our departure the following day! Snowshoe 3A at Brian Head was a beautiful condo with ski in & out access to the Navajo lifts, easy walking distance to the lifts as well. Brian Head has a great shuttle system that will take you to the other lifts and dropped us right at our front door! The mudroom was a great for keeping the condo nice and snow free. The only thing we noticed was that the downstairs was a bit drafty and we needed to keep the heat fairly high when home. We brought a few blankets but the condo also had extra blankets. (there is also a washer/dryer that we didn't need to use but was there) The snow shovel hanging in the mudroom was nice to have as there is no covered parking and we had to dig out our car before we left. The ammenities were very nice - the television, sound system etc.. (there was no wifi but that was okay for a vacation!) It had a nicely stocked kitchen - not gourment - but with ample supplies to make meals. (sometimes the condos will have snow toys to use - this one did not so bring your own if you want that option) We loved it and would recommend it to our friends and family! :)

This is a very clean, spacious place for your entire family. The kitchen, living area and rooms are great, and there are several TV's for everyone to enjoy. The decorating, furniture, and the bathrooms are a little outdated, but they are ok for most travelers.
