Hello, if I was the owner and reading this review and the ones who stayed prior to us, I'd pay attention! First of all, the townhouse is very nice and clean and the beds and pillows are comfortable enough. The sheets are pretty rough, however, and need to be updated from hospital sheets. I wanted to do some laundry and the cleaners (who just got there when we arrived), left us some pods, but no fabric softener (big pet peeve of mine). In the kitchen is where the main issues were. First of all, there weren't any coffee mugs...there were small soup bowls with handles that they meant for you to use for coffee. Onto the coffee...there are filters, but no coffee, so bring some or buy some. Seems like a basic for them to have. There's only ONE dishtowel...ONE! Weird. No large skillets for cooking, the largest was an omelet pan...seriously? There are ample plates and silverware, thankfully, but no napkins. One small roll of paper towels, which we went through in two days. There were enough drinking glasses, but only five, non-stemmed wine glasses. There were four martini glasses, but again, no stemmed wine glasses. Seems like another basic! Also, if you have six to eight people staying, you'll need more bath towels and washcloths, and hand towels, etc. We had enough of those. The very biggest issue is that if you have a question or need to talk to someone, you will be on hold for literally 3 HOURS or more! They texted and asked if I had any questions or concerns, and when I answered that I did, I got a reply more than 24 hours later. They keep saying that they're so extremely busy at Vacasa, but seriously? How many people are REALLY traveling right now? I think the problem is more that there aren't enough employees working there and no one will get back to you. All of their responses are canned and not personal to the issues we were having. If they would fix these problems, I'd definitely stay for that price again. But given these issues have been going on for awhile, they're likely to ignore this review as well. Their loss.

We have passed along your feedback regarding the bedsheets to our local manager. They will work directly with the owner to make any needed upgrades. To clarify, we provide a starter kit of supplies for our guests. This includes laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc. We do not provide our guests with fabric softener, as this is a personal preference that we ask our guests to supply on their own. Along with that, we are not allowed to supply any food items, including coffee, to our guests. This goes against health code, especially during the time of the COVID-19 pandemic. We will also inform the local manager about your comments regarding the wine glasses, dishtowels, and pans you mentioned as well. Lastly, we sincerely apologize for any issues you had in getting a hold of our guest services team. We are currently experiencing an inordinate number of calls due to COVID-19. Thus, leading to long wait times over the phone and delayed responses via email and text. Our team of agents is working hard to address the needs of all our guests as efficiently as possible. This property was beautiful. The accommodations were exactly as advertised. Very clean and well supplied to cook. The only negative was that we wanted to use the pool and the pool key that was on the property did not function and I was not able to get anybody to help resolve this issue.

Our family loved the creative layout and comfortable furnishings at this home. Sitting on the patio, at the dining table, walking the grounds, using the grill, just enjoying the decor and ambience of this home away from home makes us want to come back when the pool is open! We’d recommend this spot!

This place was a great retreat allowing space and a peaceful escape for our family. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated. Our family was totally comfortable in the Boulders and so happy to be situated in this villa, location was convenient to the community pool and trails as well as the golf clubhouse. The kitchen amenities were a bit dated, the absence of coffee mugs and stemmed wine glasses was a minor inconvenience. We enjoyed this community, it is beautiful and this place was lovely!

We spent two weeks here and loved this house. Plenty of space:
A bathroom for every bedroom, spacious outside patio where we enjoyed the Arizona sunshine, two separate sitting areas. Hope to come back!

The condo is very large, with two living areas. Furniture and decor is very well done, overall feel is great.
The kitchen needs more utensils and cookware, we were short of washrags and towels.

All good! Great floor plan & decorated well. Only suggestion is to edit the entry narrative. Seemed to describe a lock box which has been upgraded. Actual key was in a basket on kitchen counter!
Otherwise, easy to consider a return visit!

This is a beautifully appointed home at the end of a street in The Boulders Resort. Lots of room for a family with three bedrooms and baths, dining and family rooms along with the living room and patio spaces. Lovely option instead of reserving multiple hotel rooms.
Furnishings were new. Everything worked. No problems.

The townhouse was well laid out with living room and separate family room/dining room. kitchen worked well. Sunny with lots of window facing southwest. Nice patio. Great location for us. We love The Boulders and the local hiking in Cave Creek regional Park; not to mention the golf. It is about 50 minutes from Phoenix which we like, since we love the desert and dislike the sprawling city. Working with VRBO was easy. No problems
