Summary: we'll be back next year despite some minor issues.

Pros: if you love a good view, this is a condo built around the best view in Brian Head. The north wall is windows looking across to Brian Head peak. It's fabulous. If you love to watch the snow fall, sunrise, sunset, or any of those things, then this is the place. Pool on site and in the same building as this condo. Elevator from covered parking to the condo. Also, it snowed 16 inches the weekend we were there. The tree skiing on our last day was the best we've ever had anywhere. A bluebird day with sparkly pixie dust snow, perfectly spaced trees and no lift lines. We were putting down first tracks well into the afternoon.

Cons: kitchen isn't well stocked with kitchen gadgets like a can opener or extra garbage bags. I would guess the owners will get that taken care of. The layout is strange with small hallways, and a very narrow kitchen. With a family of 5 we were constantly getting in each other's way. This seemed to be a symptom of designing the floor plan around the view. (We were ok with that trade-off). There were some minor cleanliness issues. Some dusting needed to be done, some things left from the previous occupants. Could use some more chests of drawers in the bedrooms. Could use better instructions on how various heating systems work. Could use a drying rack to put in the entry way to put wet ski clothes on.
Manager response:
We appreciate your feedback and will take it under suggestion. We do hope to see you again, Michael!
