The house is big, comfortable and has spectacular views. But the property managers could do more to make it more welcoming and ensure it’s ready for each guest. We had a large family group and were surprised when we found dirty dishes and cups and had to re-wash everything before we could have a meal. We also had a hard time finding enough clean towels— we indicated we had 10 guests but they didn’t have enough clean towels ready and it took a while to find some. There is no welcome book at the house — although there are a serval posters telling you what not to do. Finally, the hot tub never worked. We told the manager as soon as we got there and they did send someone the next day but the problem was not fixed. They charge a hot tub fee (which I’ve asked for back) and should check between guests that it works ( some reviews prior to our stay complain about the same thing so be warned that this is something they know about and is still not fixed).
Maria, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We apologize for the inconveniences you faced during your stay. We sincerely hope that the refund offered has remedied the hot tub issues you experienced. Since then, the hot tub is operating properly, and local staff will ensure that guests have the proper number of towels for the entirety of their stay. We truly hope to get the chance to host you again!
The view was beautiful and the layout was nice. The freezer did not freeze our otter pops, made only a few ice cubes a day, and the hot tub was 82 degrees when it says it was set at 102. It was a bummer to not have a working hot tub when it’s advertised as having one.
We are happy to hear you enjoyed your home during your stay. We will address the freezer and hot tub with the local staff. We ask guests to call into our 24/7 customer service agents and they can assist in contacting the local staff to have the hot tub (or any other appliance in the home) fixed/repaired during their stay. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. We hope to host you again soon!
We had the best time in this house. The kitchen was big for us bakers, the porch was big and shaded for us loungers, the hot tub was hot for us tubbers and it seemed to have exactly what we needed before we needed it! Can't wait to come back!!!
The cabin itself is gorgeous, and was more than spacious enough for our group of 5 adults. The morning view of the lake and mountains is stunning, and the hot tub was a great way for us to unwind at the end. Highly recommended!
Loved this place. It was cozy, had all the amenities needed, and was very pretty.
Would highly recommend!
Loved the roominess and layout of this cabin. We were 2 families with 6 kids and everyone had their own bed and "zone" for hanging out. Only negative is the ice maker doesn't work so bring your own.
The house exceeded our expectations. The views were better than even the pictures suggested. The kitchen was really well stocked, which was perfect for Thanksgiving.
There was a lot of space and it was well laid out.
The views from this house from almost every room are spectacular! It accommodated our group of 8 plus a baby with room to spare. Eating out on the deck was so enjoyable. Hot tub wasn't very hot, but we enjoyed using it anyway. Our only complaint was that the house itself was loud. You could hear every footstep at night and many of the doors creaked as you opened and closed them.
Right when we entered the home, it felt cozy. Our family of 10 had plenty of room and it was very spacious. We would definately stay again at the Loop house! The added bonus is Blueberry Hills is only about one mile away!
This house was beautiful, well maintained. The bedrooms were comfortable and rooms were separated enough for privacy. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to experience Chelan at its finest!
