Beautiful home on the canal w/pool & dock -convenient location

This beautiful canal front home has everything you could need during your trip to Florida, including a full kitchen, private washer and dryer, and spacious living areas. There is a large back patio with a private pool, gas grill, and lots of seating to enjoy the year-round sunny weather. The Jacuzzi soaking tub in the master and flatscreen cable TV are great for relaxing after a long day.

The home is located on a canal a short distance from the city center. You are only three miles from the main street where you can find tons of restaurants and shopping. The home is also very close to the Caloosahatchee River and has a private dock within the canals.

This is an amazing property. There were plenty of amenities for eight people to live comfortably. Unfortunately, the upkeep (maintenance) leaves a lot to be desired. The pool was in heated and not working despite paying in advance for heating. The air conditioning and the thermostat wasn’t working (eventually fixed several days into the week’s stay). TV in the master bedroom was laying face down on the dresser upon arrival. The company was somewhat responsive, but it was not the ideal, no worry vacation. Again, the house was beautiful- it just needs a better company promoting and taking care of it.

Everything was fabulous, the house was so nice and clean! We enjoyed the pool and even saw manatees in the canal in the backyard!
